I ordered at 10:30 and its currently 11:20. a whole damn hour and NO FOOD. My flight is boarding in 30 minutes and ive just wasted an hour of my tome coming here. not to mention the prices are so high. the waitress only came by once. dont come here unless you got hours of free time.

They are using a new ordering system that uses an app. I was charged for the entire table. They would not correct the bill. They said it would clear itself. It did not. They still will not correct the charge even though they know it was wrong.

The older male server was rude and honestly so sad for a small mid west airport. Was excited to see the bar full and OSU on the TVs with sound. Server was rude. Did not want to be there. Complaining about his co workers and even rude to pilots and other airport staff not just his guests. I hope he’s not here next time I come back, typically a better experience.

This Chili's is inside the Columbus airport. Not a big breakfast menu. I just got the cheese omelet, not the whole fancy one in the menu. It was adequate. Only comes with potatoes, no toast, which was surprising. Waitress was very good.

I was waiting for a flight and wanted to eat something beforehand. I sat at the bar and the bartender was really friendly and helpful. I ordered a vodka and cranberry juice and he asked me if there was any particular vodka I would like. I asked him if he had Absolute and he said yes. Then he asked me if I wanted a double at a reduced price. I said yes and then proceeded to order my meal, which was the Old Timers burger. It was a very good experience overall.

Service was good, meal was delivered quickly and hot. Mac n cheese was dekicious! It was a quiet relaxing atmosphere after a long plane ride. Highly recommed.

Food was amazing, Jeremy was my server and he was super friendly and kind even the Manager Ermiyas came out to check on us, it’s not like you get this kind of service at the airport but Chili’s at Columbus airport nailed it.

Airport location with almost no service. You order on the app, get food and pay on the app. No ice tea refills. Waiter was nice guy but limited service. Instructions on the table are wrong!! Says take a picture of the QR code but that is not correct. You have to use your QR code app. You would think that they would get the instructions right when the whole restaurant revolves around it
