Airport location with almost no service. You order on the app, get food and pay on the app. No ice tea refills. Waiter was nice guy but limited service. Instructions on the table are wrong!! Says take a picture of the QR code but that is not correct. You have to use your QR code app. You would think that they would get the instructions right when the whole restaurant revolves around it

Nothing like the Chili's back in the day. Mediocre meals and service was meh. We had to ask for refills, etc.

Travel with 5 lb dog. First thing off the get was no dogs allowed. Offered to put the dog in the carrier. Nope. Whom ever owns this place….. it’s not like other airports FYI. You guys should travel more.

It was just ok because the food wasn't the best, had an issue with one extra drink being charged and the situation not being fixed. The chicken tenders weren't crispy and my son's pizza was very blah. Great friendly staff and awesome atmosphere overall.

Of your in need of a bite and worried about missing your flight, this is the place. Service is prompt and food is out in no time. They understand their customers and place they are serving. Food is great with almost zero drop off from a main restaurant. Our to go for breakfast lunch and dinner when we are at cmh.

Food was not the same as you get a
other not airport chilis. Service was ok. There are not enough servers for the number of people. Never git my drink refilled eve after i had asked.

The service was prompt and attentive, although not particularly friendly. The food was just OK. My fried eggs were overdone. My wife's yogurt parfait was small. OK in a pinch.
