We have been going to this location often with our 2 kids (toddler and baby) and as every parent knows it can sometimes be difficult to dine with children. Our youngest was being loud this one time because he kept wanting more food. I tried my best to appease him and I do apologize to the customers around us BUT it does not mean that another waitress can come to us and say to not come in again because we were being disruptive. It caught me completely off guard so I spoke to the manager. Manager had agreed that we were being loud. I believe this situation could’ve been handled better. We do not dine out often because it is difficult to eat with kids but my kids were not crying, throwing themselves on the floor or acting out. My baby was screaming for more food. Hence why we go to chilis, my kids like it. Suffice it to say we will not be returning. If you have kids that can be “loud” then I would not recommend this location. So much for family friendly.
When we were first seated, the gentleman tried to sit us (2 adults, 1 child) next to a large (and loud) party. We asked if we could sit elsewhere and he proceed to say no, he had to go by rotation. Literally 5 open booth seats in just a few tables over. He was irritated but moved us one table from where he tried to sit us. Literally that party was so loud we couldn't hear each other talk. The table we sat at was very sticky all over. The bathrooms and restaurant floors were Disgusting!! Like they've never been clean. The food was maybe 3 stars. Will never be back to this location!
