We love chilis but we went here yesterday for my daughter birthday and she got the rib combo because she wanted ribs so bad. She did not eat any of the ribs because they were dry. I could tell they were dry because normally when they get ribs they fall off the bones but she couldn't even get the meat off the bone. Big disappointment in the ribs

I really like this place. The food is consistently good, the service staff is well trained and knowledgeable and if there is a question they aren’t sure of they ask a manager to make sure. They have great burgers, my guest loved the ribs and the kids pizza was the perfect size and choice for my 4 year old.

Always wanted to try Chili's. Saw this location and decided to go in for a nice lunch with my daughter. Got seated and then sat for over twelve minutes. Looked at the menu, hoping for a beverage, no one came to our table. Noticed about six employees chatting with each other. Decided to leave and go to the Texas Roadhouse close by. Texas Roadhouse was a better choice. The service was perfect, Steak was cooked perfectly. Recommend Texas Roadhouse again

As soon as we arrived we were greeted and seated immediately! I was shocked because they appeared to be very busy! We had the most kind and patient young lady as our waitress Autumn who made sure the whole time we were happy with everything! She even realized it was one of our birthdays and made sure to celebrate with us. We had a great time and not to mention we enjoyed our food! Thank you Autumn for being so attentive!

I didn’t even realize Chilis still existed, so I was super excited to go. I can’t believe how great all the food was, and the service 🤌🏾. My glass LITERALLY never emptied. I’m thinking about making this one of my go to’s for the sawmill area.

A great location, with great staff! I've been to this location a few times and it's always been on point. Service is always friendly from the moment you sit down to when you pay the bill. Food comes out quickly and correctly. If we are heading to Chili's it will always be this location. Don't waste your time going to the Polaris local (not good)
