I didn’t even realize Chilis still existed, so I was super excited to go. I can’t believe how great all the food was, and the service 🤌🏾. My glass LITERALLY never emptied. I’m thinking about making this one of my go to’s for the sawmill area.

A great location, with great staff! I've been to this location a few times and it's always been on point. Service is always friendly from the moment you sit down to when you pay the bill. Food comes out quickly and correctly. If we are heading to Chili's it will always be this location. Don't waste your time going to the Polaris local (not good)

Ordered a medium rare steak. It came out gray. Looked like it had been boiled. Sent the whole plate back and wasn't willing to try anything else. BF got the steak and shrimp fajitas. Steak was tough, shrimp was over cooked and rubbery. Cheese sticks were good. Waitress was nice and friendly and quick. Unfortunately good service doesn't out weigh the quality of food.

If this Chili’s is busy, don’t even bother going. The service was painfully slow, and the overall experience was frustrating. One of my friends ordered a mango lemonade, but first, someone brought her a regular lemonade. Then our actual server brought the mango lemonade. On top of that, we were given a large white queso that we never ordered. We brought both mistakes to our server’s attention, yet we were still charged for them.
Our table waited forever for our food, even though a table next to us—same party size—arrived much later and still got their food, ate, and left before we were even served. Then, when it was time to pay, our server split the bill herself without letting us look at it first. We didn’t even get a chance to review the charges before tipping, which honestly felt intentional—like she didn’t want us to notice we were being charged for things we never ordered. My mom is a server, and she would NEVER behave the way our server did that night.
To top it all off, my best friend’s birthday cake was brought out, but they forgot to sing until after the fact, which made it feel like an afterthought.
The only saving grace was the food—it was absolutely delicious—but it was hard to enjoy with everything that went wrong. Definitely not the experience we were hoping for, especially for a birthday celebration.
Pretty good fare for a chain, good service and the restaurant was warm on a cold winter day. Expensive.

Order a sampler with ribs, chicken tenders and brisket quesadilla. Portions were better than I expected for 24.99 or so. Ribs were better that most places that don't specialize in actual barbecue. The quesadilla was perfect. Service was on par with the food as well.
