the best chipotle in Columbus, the dude at the counter gave me free guac and chips because he liked my pants and they had very very fresh food and everything was super super super clean and the food tasted amazing

I ordered a steak burrito and my steak was cold and raw and the fajita looked like they were not cooked I would recommend to not eat the steak at this chipotle and to make sure they are cooking their stuff properly it was very disgusting and unacceptable

I placed an order through the app for ASAP pick up. I arrived 15 minutes after the expected time since this location is consistently slow to get orders completed. When I arrived, I walked up to the cash register and waited for someone to acknowledge me to ask for my order. The girl running the cash register was focused on mixing beverages and sweeping to acknowledge I was standing in front of the counter. I stood around for a good couple of minutes waiting.

Since the other girl making the food wouldn’t acknowledge me either, I went through the line to finally talk to someone. She got another man involved. He asked me for my order and explained to me I can walk up by the register and ask a cashier to hand me my order.

He brought my order out. I mentioned to him neither the cashier nor anyone else working at the restaurant would even acknowledge me. He defended the cashier and told me next time I try to get the employee’s attention.

In my experience, when you try to get someone’s attention, they either ignore you as much as they can or get mad at you for it. When you have customers at your location, you always seek them out to engage with them. Asking a customer to go out of their way to get an employee’s attention when you’re standing in front of them is inexcusable. The cashier wouldn’t even make eye contact with me.

At qdoba, I never have this issue. Same goes for Piada behind this location. The employees here aren’t friendly and look at customers like they resent them.

staff was not kind. i was given little to no meat, very little beans, and the guacamole was brown. my bowl was not full at all. not an enjoyable experience do better.

I really hate leaving bad reviews but this was the worst Chipotle experience I've ever had. Showed up at 7pm and the place was so so so dirty. I had a feeling that we should just leave but we really wanted Chipotle and that was the last one on our drive home. Next time I will listen to my intuition. Service was terrible. Didn't ask if I wanted my 30 cents change or not. Just didn't give it to me.

Make sure you double check your online order before you leave..... its like they are trying to cut cost and try to put the least amount for the online orders. Your basically paying full price for half a bowl with under cooked rice.

Possibly the worst chipotle experience in history. Placed an online order pick up. Estimated time of pick up was 1240. It is now 130pm. The lunch rush has come and gone. They're excuse us that online order pick up is an hour behind ..so why can't the main line just help with orders? There's a online pick up queue of 12 people waiting. I had a half hour lunch for work and I've she passed that by 35 mins. We all asked that the main line just do our orders, some were as easy as 3 soft tacos but they refused to help the online order crew. Instead the main line folks and cashier are just chilling on their phones. They offered free drinks as apologies... seriously?! All of them sigh at you when you ask for a status update.. ridiculous

Ordered pickup from the chipotle app for noon. A single bowl. I had to wait until 12:30 before my order was handed to me. Bowl wasn't very full either. I don't blame the staff but rather the management staff for their poor scheduling.
