I wish I could give them less then one stars, the way they handle food and hygiene is aweful, they were whipping dirty food as they were cleaning up and if was flinging into the food and into people orders me and I told the girl that it got into my food and she looks at me like why am I bothering her, abandoned my order and left, I felt like I was gonna throw up

Instead of refilling their rice and meat, I got barely any rice (only what she was able to scrape off the inside of the container) and I got whatever was left of the meat, but it was literally half the serving that the person in front of me got. They kept looking behind them waiting on the refills, but looked at me as if what I got was fine. Yeah don't come to this Chipotle, easy skip.

My negative review is entirely based on this location. They never have enough people working at this location. There is always some sort of problem due to this whether it is a large amount of orders or being out of ingredients. There is always a wait time no matter what. It is also never just a couple minutes it is a 15 minute wait at minimum and this isn't the employees fault it is management not putting enough people in the building. This review is based on someone looking into the box and possibly not seeing the underlying issue. I could be totally wrong and uninformed.

It was absolutely terrible. I waited in line for over 30 minutes. The staff had terrible attitudes. They were not working together as a team. They were stepping on top of each other, reaching on top of each other, giving each other attitude in front of the customers starting other orders before they completed orders, they were working on causing an even longer weight Ice machine was out of ice and instead of just handing me a cup of ice made me wait even longer while they filled up the entire machine. This was the first and last time I visit this location it was absolutely terrible and they should all be ashamed of themselves and need some serious coaching on how to work together as a Team And to provide better customer service and on top of all of that, there was food thrown all over the place it did not look sanitary. It was an absolute disaster in the store. I didn’t have time to take pictures or I would have truthfully I just wanted to get the hell out of there, and there were several other customers in the store waiting in experiencing the same horrible experience.

Had a quick family lunch at around 3-4pm. My husband my 2 year old and my 1 year old. The food was perfection. I always order my steak bowl, in various Columbus locations, and this literally made me the happiest girl.

the best chipotle in Columbus, the dude at the counter gave me free guac and chips because he liked my pants and they had very very fresh food and everything was super super super clean and the food tasted amazing

I ordered a steak burrito and my steak was cold and raw and the fajita looked like they were not cooked I would recommend to not eat the steak at this chipotle and to make sure they are cooking their stuff properly it was very disgusting and unacceptable
