Do not come to this location if you want good food. IT STINKS first of all. the staff is rarely accommodating, and my food is never correct when I come here. I ordered crispy tacos and got SOFT because they chose not to make shells for my order. I went to the car and came back, I had to ask several times for my food to be made the correct way.

Placed order via chipotle app. Said it would be ready 8pm I got app notification it was ready 808pm. Got there order had not even been made. But the app said ready for pick up on shelf 2 bags. Food was finally ready 830pm. I had two kids meals no fruit no apple juice when u try to call store can't talk to a live person. Number on manager allison geyer card is same as store go figure. This post won't mean a thing also following up with message to corporate.

It was so good! They were making fresh rice while I was in line. One of the best burritos I've had in a long time! Everything was so fresh and delicious.
Vegetarian options: My daughter gets a veggie bowl, and I do too sometimes. Either that or the sofritas, which is a chili-flavored tofu. So good!
Dietary restrictions: They make everything to order, so you can customize it to your needs. If you order ahead online, sometimes they can even accommodate special ingredients, like guacamole without onion.
Parking: It's in Easton, so lots of parking options around. I did a metered spot on the street, but there's a paid parking lot right out back and free garages within walking distance.
Kid-friendliness: My kids LOVE this place! Great food, veggies, and solid portions make it a great option for parents too.
Wheelchair accessibility: It'd be a bit tight, but the furniture is modular, so they could accommodate a wheelchair.

Smells intensely like tobacco from the Tinderbox store next door since they openly smoke in there. My partner and I were going to eat in the chipotle store before shopping but I was so put off by the scent that we ate in the car. The smell seriously disgusted me. I hope chipotle can get Easton to stop the indoor smoking next door for the sake of their employees.

Ordered for takeout. Quoted 10 minutes, so arrived 10 minutes later. Food was not ready, had to wait an additional 30 minutes. There was no one in line and the front line workers weren’t busy but I was told takeout orders had to be prepared in the back. What made the experience truly terrible is that the cashier (younger Hispanic lady) could not be bothered to go check if the pickup orders were ready, so pickup customers like me had to remind her multiple times about our orders. 40 minutes for a single burrito bowl? Awful.

As DoorDash I have been waiting for the order for more than half an hour. When I arrived they told me that the order was not yet in. All the diners who were there have already left and many more people have arrived. I do not recommend that you order take-out service because apparently the customers who are here pay are the ones who will serve when they have time and feel like it, they will understand the customer who ordered an order. Because apparently they believe that the customers who requested delivery service through Doordash here at Chipot think that they believe that those believers DID NOT PAY

It took a total of 30 minutes just to get to the counter the. Another 10 to the cashier. The Beef Brisket was way over cooked and very dry and sweet. There was no urgency while they were working.

I would leave 0 stars if that was a possibility. I arrived November 3 2024 at 5:15. Believe or not this was my favourite chipotle up until this day. The establishment wasn't that busy I ordered my food and only get a quarter laddle of rice. Had to ask for more 3 times. Add my ordering my food. I noticed the cook chopping meat and eating it after every other chop with his hands. Unsanitary and unacceptable. I get down to the salsa and ask for sour cream they were low so the girl had to scoop it out of the container. After my bowl is completed She goes to closet and they're the whole bunch of sour cream left on top of the lid. They were gonna put it like that in a bag. Not only was that a part of my experience. The whole working station was a mess. Like they never wiped up in between any of that. So the top of my bowl is dirty and so was the bottom. People eat on the go all the time. This is not something that I can eat on the go. This is something that I'll have to take home And clear out on a plate because my container is so messy.. I asked for the manager. And you'd never guessed a million years who it was.. The guy shopping the meat and eating it with his bare hands while cutting. I am reporting them to the health department right after this. Review the whole establishment was unprofessional And on sanitary and lack of proper portions. I may never come back again.
