This is a great place but the one older lady with the gold grill in her mouth needs to go. I asked for extra chicken and she said it cost I said ok I know thank can I have some please , then she gave me a little bit and I still paid almost 3.00 extra , I ordered a bowl , she didn't put alot of ingredients unless I told her but anyway it's a great Chipotle !! The crew said she doesn't do that with Mexican or someone she knows ...hummm

I gave a 5 star review only because one person. I was dashing at this location and was getting absolutely no help from any of the employees in the front... I gentle in the back that was cutting meat seemed to be the only on to notice I had not been helped and had to bring it to everyone else's attention. I believe his names was Elon. Thank you for your assistance Elon. I hope this reaches corporate

Ordered through the app for pickup in the drive through. When I got the update that the order was ready I drove up to the window, then waited. And waited. And waited some more. Multiple employees passed near the window in the 10 minutes I was there, but nobody came to the window. Finally I pulled around and went inside, and the employee at the register clearly felt that doing his job was too much to ask. My bottled drinks were also not in the bag, and when I pointed it out I got an eye roll and he squashed up my bag to check if he could feel any drinks in there. Cue more eye rolls and disgusted looks from him when he had to get the drinks from the fridge behind him. As I was leaving I asked if the drive through was closed because we had been out there for a while and nobody came by, and that maybe they could put up a sign in the window if the window was not open for pickup. Got another annoyed look for asking, and he insisted it is always watched and they take turns covering the window.

The final straw that made me decide it was worth writing a review was that the food was bad! The steak was cooked so long it had shriveled into angry little LEGO bricks. The rice was hard, and the portion sizes were just goofy. I had ordered light rice and got about two forks worth. I ordered extra cheese and extra corn, and literally half of the contents of the bowl was just cheese and corn. There was no rice at all on one half, just cheese. It’s like whoever made the order was having a nasty day and said “screw whoever this fool is too” when putting together the ingredients.

We just ordered lunch for two people from this location and I have a salad that looks half eaten with the wrong ingredients in it. The second order is also wrong but only has four pieces of lettuce uncooked steak and rice. This is a lot of money for just this amount of food we will never order or get Chipotles again.

Possibly the worst service I've ever received at a Chipotle. Food was supposed to be ready for pickup at 5:50. I get there and nothing is at the mobile pickup spot so I wait and didn't get our food until 6:50, and to top it off my order was wrong. Order #K19-8AT, if management is curious.

Didn't get rice for my bowl. Dietary choice. Asked for more lettuce and got a small pinch. The cashier noticed my displeasure and said, "she is stingy," hearing my request. Didn't offer to even comp a portion of the 26.50 I spent. Won't visit the location again.
