Didn't get rice for my bowl. Dietary choice. Asked for more lettuce and got a small pinch. The cashier noticed my displeasure and said, "she is stingy," hearing my request. Didn't offer to even comp a portion of the 26.50 I spent. Won't visit the location again.

Picked up dinner at 7:30. They close at 10, but they couldn't give us steak or fajita veggies. I thought about adding guacamole to my burrito bowl, but it looked brown and old. Service was not friendly and acted like we were inconveniencing them. Will not go back

I have lived near this restaurant for almost two years, this establishment has gone down hill since I’ve moved here. And I’ve been there multiple times

The staff looks miserable, using profanity in front of customers and children, having an attitude when something isn’t right, I will not be coming here again. The food was undercooked, looked disgusting to the point I lost my appetite, and plus they didn’t even have half of what is supposed to be stocked, for example black beans I asked for them and with a straight face they said they were out in this was during the beginning of dinner rush, tables inside weren’t wiped clean, food and trash all over the floor, napkins and silverware not stocked at all, and the juice tanks were almost all empty,

Customer service was not there, I normally never write reviews but this time I felt obligated to do so, so one the owner of the establishment can know how there restaurant is being ran and two the customer is aware of what they are going into

Worst chipotle ever. Ordered delivery through the chipotle app and always horrific. Missing items or completely incorrect order altogether. Advice, never ever order online from here

Came here @ 9:14 the staff start closing immediately. Throwing food away. Yelling out they closing. Bad management and poor staffing

They were out of everything no vegetables no chicken no rice young lady on the phone never washed hands everyone in store seem to have an attitude they didn’t even acknowledge us not only my family but other customers as well and 3 customers walked out no telling how many others walked out before our arrival the pinto beans were bone dry and looked crusty no corn just nothing the manager had no clue as to when any of the food would be done counters were very unsanitary just throw the whole store away I wouldn’t recommend anyone to eat there

Bowl was abt half filled if that getting charged full price and it’s every time

Employees rather eat @10:47 then open the store for customers in the morning @10:45

I knocked on the glass to see what the deal was and was just waved off by eating employees......

Meal was luke warm on the cold continum, employees were not enthusiastic about their job, cashier unattended increasing wait time to check out.
