What’s the purpose of having a local number if you’re just going to route the call to a voice response system that CANT help you with order errors and refuses to connect you to a live person. Please shut this piece of trash of an establishment down its doing us in the area no justice especially since your associates are INCOMPETENT and can’t even properly read order ingredients off a freaking reciept

Never in my life have I ever been to a restaurant that literally wreaks of cigar smoke for weeks and no one seems to notice or care at all. I came home and my clothes smelled as if I came out of a cigar smoke shop. This has to be addressed ASAP. We can’t even bring our kids here to eat.

My food looks like it was dumped and handed to the driver. Presentation of food looks terrible which never gives a good impression to the customer. The Customer service makes me want to pull my hair out. Having an Ai only customer service is the most idiotic decision Ive heard from a fast food place. I was literally told that Employees do not take orders over the phone. You also cant speak to empolyees. This is a terrible move by Chipotle. Chipotle used to be one of the best fast food places in the Country. What on earth happened.Now the store itself this doesnt fall on them but this is a company issue. The store itself I have not been in nor have I met the empolyees myself so Im not rating the store. Im rating my food and the service.

There are awesome people who work here, lots of workers id even consider friends who i tip big whenever i see them working. So I feel terrible and evenaKaren for saying this. But I can't go here anymore. From one cashier acting weird and begging for tips, to employees coming in as customers and having a meet and greet in line then LITERALLY HAND FEEDING ANOTHER WORKER FRIES OVER THE FOOD (lost my appetite and left), to the food being barely warm because they leave containers out of the steamer causing all the steam to escape, and lots of times the rice isnt cooke. This doesn't include all the other little things, too. This location is a Section 8 get together, and lots of times, it's not welcoming at all. This location blows, and I'd warn against visiting this location after 4pm. Again, this isn't against the really nice and friendly workers there. Yall rock. It's the ghetto people.
