The restaurant was temporarily closed yesterday when I tried to visit, so I attempted to call the store and ask the employees if it was open today. The call robot would not allow me to speak to anyone no matter what I did. This location no longer has my business, and if this is Chipotle policy, I will probably stop eating here altogether. Just absolutely terrible service.

Can chipotle corporate PLEASE fire the manager or hire new workers who care? I see multiple reviews with the same thing and this place just get worse and worse. Workers are lazy. NOTHING is ever available. At this point I suggest you guys just close it down. It’s an embarrassment to chipotle. Awful place with awful workers.

worst place ever. never go there the staff was looking at me and my cousin like we ruined her day or something, she was SUPER slow and rude. and acted like we were the inconvenience or something was our fault. girl slammed the burrito on that counter like she wanted to punch someone, where is the manager?? all the manager does is say the same thing as a reply and not change anything. we wanted to say something but we didn’t. do better

I understand it’s the 4th of July, but do not take your frustration out on the customer. The food was mediocre and stingy with the portions. We spend our money we want quality service and food. This just an1.5 or 2 rated chipotle. Chipotle has gone down hill. I will stick with a real Mexican restaurant for now on. Just when I decide to give Chipotle another shot it failed me again.

Literally the worst chipotle ever lol. The workers are lazy & rude. There is ALWAYS something not available. Basic stuff like lettuce, cheese. Then they look at you like you’re the reason nothing has been done or prepped. It’s surprisingly bad. I don’t know what changed haha

Music was so loud, we had a difficult time holding a conversation.
This chipotle is dirty. The staff was horrible. A piece of chicken fell on their dirty country that obviously had stuff on there and they just put it in my bowl. Additionally, the person in front of me looked like it was the employees friend and she gave her a twice the amount of servings of meat while she gave me half and when I asked why that was so she had an attitude. Whoever manages this location should train their staff better and keep the place cleaner.

Girl working start of line gets a full scoop of meat and then puts half in the bowl and half back like give me the whole scoop? I stop in twice a week and she’s the first one to do this
