Im quite surprised, I've been here before but that was years ago under a different management staff, I arrived at 7pm knowing they have hours before it would be too late to order and I was told they had run out of essentially half the menu hours before that was possible. I wasnt treated to an apology or anything that would make this inconvenience proper, instead I was denied the items until a line formed behind me and suddenly everything I asked for was available and plentiful, I was given no recompense for time or the fact I asked for the items prior to the line forming, the staff was more focused on closing hours before the store was scheduled to close. The long and the short is: I didn't get what I wanted and I was ushered out without any care to how I felt about my order being wrong but being charged double for nothing I wanted to order because the (paid) staff wanted to close the store early.

Food was delicious, as expected; but, I filled my cup with what was supposed to be Mr. Pibb and didn't realize until later that it was Coca-Cola. Recommend employees check which syrup is hooked up to the machine. Also, used the restroom while there, and there were no paper towels to dry your hands.

They are always out of everything.Workers usually don’t want to do anything I went for a quesadilla they told they can’t make I have to order it online .Called two other locations and they said it wasn’t true looking to contact Hr on Monday

There was 2 ladies taking orders. There was a line of maybe 10 people. It's been a long, long time since I ate at Chipotle. I am not familiar with the order process. I picked chicken for protein and it happened to be the last scrap in the container, they ran out. The amount of chicken in my bowl was tiny compared to other people that picked steaks, I felt cheated. I expressed this but the girl at the counter just look at me with an empty stare. The place is dirty, stale, just not a place to sit and eat. When I got home, after heating my rice up in the microwave, it was still not done. It was dried, the center of the rice was crunchy, definitely was under cooked. How disappointing!

The most unprofessional chipotle I’ve ever been too, people were rude and had attitudes, waited 20min just for steak to come out just for it to be nasty, register lady’s didn’t pay no mind to customers they were too busy talking to ā€œfriendsā€ that didn’t even work there but were behind the counters, and to top it off ALL the eating tables were gross. Overall worst chipotle I’ve been too.

Placed a mobile order for 7pm. Showed up and waiting for 30 min and still no food despite the people coming in after us and getting in line being served one after the next. We ended up having to leave without our food due to the amount of time it took and couldn't get a refund because the workers weren't willing to take a second to speak to us.

I’ve been here 4 separate times and all 4 times, there is a line of people because they are out of multiple items. As of right now I’m in line and apparently they are out of every single meat… not exaggerating, And it’s 6:21pm. Why is that every time I come here, they are always not prepared? Poorly managed and very disappointing. Unfortunately this will be my last time coming here as I will be driving to a father location from now on.

Reeeeally bad location, like seriously comical how bad it is šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚ our food was ice cold. Service was awful, employees standing around on their phones and goofing off, no sense of work service at all. Poor food handling, a larger lady had no gloves on and was handling food. Disgusting!! Tables in the sitting area was disgusting, food everywhere. Lemonades looked like they had been sitting there for weeks, dark and warm. I wouldn’t recommend this location to my worst enemy!! Food was caked all over the main station where you order, my husband and I were so grossed out

They're slow. Their tables aren't clean, and almost every time I came here it's been horrible. Yes they clean because some messes are in different spots, but there were times when their workspace was dirty, other times their portions were too small. Don't get me wrong their food is great, but it's not worth 20 minutes.
