Fun game I love to play when making an order is how will my order be messed up today? Topping i didn't ask for (check) items I did order but didn't receive (check) like a game of guess it, and in the exact same field (moes sw, hot heads, qdoba) accurate, embarrassing

I asked for Guac on my burrito bowl and was given 2 entire large spoonfuls. Turning my bowl into a Guac bowl with a side of rice and chicken.
The barbacoa in another bowl was entirely stuck together and inedible. The location had no steak at all ready and there was a line of 8 people just waiting for steak. If it wasn’t for the people ahead of us letting us know we would have been standing there for ages.
The food overall was mediocre and not fufilling.
There was only one employee on the front line and one on the register while the others were seemingly in the back not assisting.
The employee on the front line was stone faced and dismissive just wanting to get through the line. The cashier didn’t answer my question when I asked if I could add chips to my order and simply just grabbed it.

I was very disappointed after receiving my order tonight. I felt very rushed while taking my order, and they forgot to put my side of salsa into my order. The forks in the container were very dirty and it was hard to find a clean one. I hope that my next experience will be better.

Bad customer service and rude employee. Got one of my order wrong and gave me less portions than other people in line. Food was not good either, all 3 of my order was full with beans instead of rice and chicken. Employee did not listen to me. 0/5, would not come here again.

I went to pick up my order and a caucasian young girl came to the counter and asked for my name for my pick up and i said “Marguerita” and she made a stink face and said “what?!” And i repeated my name again, she made a disgusted face and grabbed my ordered and handed it off. Didn’t say have a nice day or anything. It’s 2025 why are white people still shocked other people have more non basic name’s. Wouldn’t think i’d get this type of treatment at chipotle from a fast food employee date 01/15/25 pick up time 3:00

Food was tasty, hot, and fresh with reasonably large portions. Staff was friendly but service was very slow - line moved sluggishly and actually fulfilling an order took several minutes. Some guests waited in line for 30+ minutes. Stopped for dinner because convenience but probably would not return given the choice.

This location has to be the worst location in Columbus. Our online orders are always incorrect. Today I decided to call them to let them know how they messed up my order and the response from the manager was so terrible and basically a “forget what you asked for, you’re going to get what we give you” attitude. Highly recommend just going the extra mile to a different location.

A solid Chipotle location with great portion sizes and friendly staff. I always choose to come to this location first as I know I will get the best bang for my buck. Chipotle is a solid staple and the Broad Street location always keeps me coming back a few times a month.
