Literally gave me two half bowls. They didn’t add rice or lettuce to my SALAD and only gave us a regular portion of chicken when we ordered double. Super disappointed.

I placed a door dash order and it arrived with my ticket on a bag with someone else's food inside!! I had to drive over there just for them to not apologize or show any empathy at all at the fact that I placed a delivery order and they messed it up. Not even an I'm sorry! The cashier didn't even care at all... Not pleased with this service!

The store was dirty from top to bottom not one employee ever smiled said hello welcome have a good day there was no silverware the fountain drinks another lady said it was all full of water , none of the trash cans were touched they weee all full and filled to the top none asked how can I help you I had to ask him they also were out of chips ! I’ve never been to a chipotle like that before

Horrible experience. Portion size is small, the chicken tasted like nothing, probably they forgot to add salt. All of the tables were dirty. My wife tried to drink some water but the water tasted odd. A total waste of money.

I just ordered online a quesadilla and there was 8 prices of chicken and the cheese was not melted. Insane work :(

There counter was beyond the word disgusting that they was serving food from. They dont follow instructions, rice with no cilantro, but use the rice spoon with cilantro, what an idiot, asked for sour cream on side only for it to be pit on the bowl. Then an upcharge for honey chicken instead of regular charge for chicken. Chicken is chicken stupid!!! Will not be back EVER. Over charge and lack of cleanliness and competence is key reasons.

The absolute worst service and staff. The two staff that made my disgusting bowl were rude and barely spoke. One picked something up off the ground and proceeded to touch my bowl. They were out of so many things as well. Disgusting and dirty overall. Wouldn’t recommend.
