Friday night, 1/2/26 7:10 in the evening…… And there’s no fajita vegetables? Also your white rice is crunchy. What the hell? And your dining room looks like it hadn’t been picked up in a couple hours. Serving line was also messy like it hadn’t been wiped down in a long while. I’ve seen better and I’ve also seen much worse. That’s why you got two stars.

Chipotle is always messing up the rice, it’s not that hard to cook white that doesn’t turn to powder when u attempt to chew it. Rice is constantly dry and undercooked,ruining the whole meal, add more water and wait till it’s cooked🤯

Worst food and service in the world. Food was stale and undercooked. Extremely dirty. People can get sick as they don’t follow any hygiene protocols.. see attached pictures and decide. This type of place should be banned for public safety

I am severely disappointed with this Chipotle's performance. First of all, they essentially gave me a half portion of everything Will not be coming back to this Chipotle again they are very stingy with the serving sizes

This store is bad. Out of chips at 830. People standing around. One guy, the counter guy, instead of getting more chips going, instead decided his dinner was more important. Im assuming it was his significant other sitting at the table, but he kept going over and eating instead of working. Ill be calling your corporate number as well. That dude doesnt deserve that job. Youre lucky I didnt just leave my burritos and walk out.

Chipotle never disappoints but this time was exceptionally better than all the others for one reason- the service. I came in with my 2 yr old son who is on the autism spectrum after being on the road for a few hours and he was ready to burst out of his car seat and we were both starving. I realized it was super busy so we parked and I attempted to order on the app- I had a promo code and it wasn’t working.
Once there was one guest left in the building - I got the composure to go in knowing for sure my son was about to be absolutely wild and bouncing off the walls. What looked to be the manager greeted me and I acknowledged how quick they got through that hoard of people so quickly and efficiently and proceeded to apologize for my son who had managed to somehow lose a shoe and slip his hand out of my grasp - and headed full speed behind the counter. I was starting to feel overstimulated ordering, holding conversation and explaining this promo code issue while also apologizing and chasing him while he laughs manically like it’s a twisted game of tag🫣

Long story short they honored the promo code offer and I’m sure the manager felt bad for me so be hooked it up. Everyone was so kind and didn’t make my son or I feel like a burden or a big deal whatsoever

I really wish they'd stop giving me disgustingly hard rice and barely any meat just because I order pickup. I don't have time to check because the distance it takes to drive there and back to work, I rush to eat. And twice I just didn't eat because it was disgusting. Some people don't have the luxury of time and y'all just made it worse. No thank you!
