This is the grossest chipotle in the the upper north part of Columbus. The counter is almost always full of food that’s been sitting there for who knows how long. And then they have the audacity to drag my burrito across the counter. 1/10 Very unsanitary!!!

I had the worst experience at this location. I ordered 2 tacos with guacamole and the manager on duty charged me for 2 sides a guacamole. When she only put once portion of guacamole on both tacos. I’ve worked for chipotle before. 2 years to be exact. And we never did that at any of the 3 locations I’ve worked at. And then my friend ordered a tacos kids meal and they allowed her to get more than 3 sides. And only charged her for the meal which cost like 5 dollars. When bringing this to the managers attention on cashier she had no answer for me on how it was fair to be charged twice for one portion. And she didn’t really have a nice attitude either. Don’t recommend this location. Qdoba is right across the street and they are a lot more friendly and accommodating.

Beautiful day, so we ate outside on the patio. We each got a burrito bowl. Toppings were plentiful. Never leave feeling hungry.
Probably the last time I go to a Chipotle in a while. Had to beg the server to put enough protein on my bowls as he was literally using the tip of the spoon to scoop protein. Must have been trained to so so by management. Then both restrooms out of service.

This is my favorite chipotle! Everything is fresh. I go every Saturday at lunch time and the staff is friendly and efficient, I will go out of my way to come to this location!!
