Chipotle didn’t taste that good, and the portions weren’t great either. I’d prefer Qdoba instead. Went here on Christmas Eve.

Smaller portion every time I order online, quality is dropping
First, I'm so glad there's two Chipotles in my location. The Polaris one is my best spot. Got used to all the cooks and cashiers really appreciate their great service. Plus they got used to me getting the extra chicken and cheese burrito for my dog.

Dont bother with the steak it's undercooked and you can't chew it. This place was messy, nobody cared to at least wipe the counters. Go somewhere else if you can. Couldn't even finish my food.

Terrible experience. Ordered tacos for order pick up. Had to wait past pick up time and made it half way home when I noticed I was given soft shells instead of hard shells. Turned around and told the cashier and she looked at me with a blank stare when I told her what happened. She took the bag and came back a few minutes later and handed me the bag without saying anything. She did not apologize or acknowledge the inconvenience. Got home and realized they took all the toppings off the soft tacos and put them directly on the hard! The meat was on top and the lettuce was on the bottom. Everything was cold. Extremely frustrated and dissatisfied. Will not be returning.

By far the worst Chipotle in Columbus, the employees are worst they kept talking themselves and didn’t care about the customers.
I basically had to reply my order several times and who the hell on earth puts salsa at last after adding cheese.
No doubt chipotle is going down and you guys really need to see and learn from qdoba on what a service should look like.
After a long time I tried chipotle but I was wrong and ill definitely go to QDOBA. You lost a customer and ill make sure to spread my horrible experience with friends and family.
They didn’t have fajitas but I clearly saw it was getting cooked they didn’t even bother to say to wait but bluntly said its not there.
Whoever is the manager of this location should be blamed and action should be taken.

Ordered a chicken fajita bowl to go. They didn't have any fresh fajita veggies. The ones that were there looked like throw up that had been sitting there forever. I asked for fresh and the kitchen said they didnt have any and made no effort to make fresh, rude! I wished I'd taken a pic, no one would pay to eat that. I ended having to go another store and ask for veggies for my bowl. The young lady at Morse Rd was sweet enough to give me veggies to complete my bowl. Thank her and corporate, you need more like her.

The worst Chipotle on the planet! I asked the server for a salad ands he rolled his eyes at me! If you don’t like working there … leave!! Don’t ruin the customer experience for paying customers!! We’re doing you a favor by coming there!!
We left and went to Bibibop, where the customer service was excellent!
I recommend that you avoid this Chipotle!!
