The worst Chipotle on the planet! I asked the server for a salad ands he rolled his eyes at me! If you don’t like working there … leave!! Don’t ruin the customer experience for paying customers!! We’re doing you a favor by coming there!!
We left and went to Bibibop, where the customer service was excellent!
I recommend that you avoid this Chipotle!!

I had a bad feeling when I walked into this dirty store. I ordered my food online so I didn’t really see what the the food on the line looked like, but the staff look like a dirty group of teenagers. Picked up my order got nothing but attitude from the kid behind the counter left the store and my food at the trampoline park next-door my chips and guac were stale, and the guac taste old and brown. I got three steak tacos and the steak was chewy like rubber. The corn was cold and there was barely any cheese. The taco shells were just short of being stale, but they didn’t have a good flavor. Follow up hours later I was stuck on the toilet definitely served up some bad food. This place should be ashamed.

Will cheat you out of your bowl or burrito.... will not return to pay $10 for a veggie bowl that only had the tip of the ladle worth of ingredients. And when asked for more got mad and threw the food on the bowl aggressively. Not to mention the grill doesn't get scrapped off before cooking the fajitas... I had so many burnt chard peppers and onions I had to spit out due to turning into ash in my mouth. Yuck. I will not be back!

This is the grossest chipotle in the the upper north part of Columbus. The counter is almost always full of food that’s been sitting there for who knows how long. And then they have the audacity to drag my burrito across the counter. 1/10 Very unsanitary!!!
