Waited almost an hour in the chipotle lane to pick up my order. Was told the food was just made. It was cold. Had ordered double protein on my bowl, it didnt have any meat what so ever. I understand it's peak hours for dinner, but at some point, a decision needs to be made to close something down or move people. Management, and field leaders.. do better.
I placed a an order through the chipotle app for a burrito, burrito bowl and a cheese Quasadilla around 9:25. The app said my order would be ready at 9:40. I Arrived at the drive up window at 9:45.
Through the window I could see an employee cleaning the cooking area. She saw me pull up but did not come over. I’m sitting there and sitting there getting zero customer service and becoming frustrated when about 10 minutes later I see 2 more employees appear, chat with each other, put chips into bags, and then go away. All 3 of these employees have seen me sitting there at this point.
Finally, 15 minutes after sitting at the window the lady that was cleaning opened the window. I asked her “why are the employees were just ignoring cars at the window. I’ve been here for 15 minutes now”
She said she was just cleaning it was the other employees making the food out front that are supposed to be getting the window. I said “well they’re ignoring the window too!”
She told me she will check out front to see if my order was ready. After A few minutes a different employee returns to the window and says “I have a question. We are out of cheese, do you still want your order or do you just want a refund?” Now mind you, one of the things I ordered is cheese Quasadilla, tell me how you’re gonna make that without cheese?! Not to mention it is 10 pm at this point and my order was supposed to be ready at 9:40.
At this point I say I just want a refund. She tells me I have to do it online. I ask how to do it online and she says she doesn’t know. I say, “so you’re out of a product, I can’t get my order or the cheese quesadilla on the order, but you can’t give me a refund?”
She says no, I have to go online. I was not satisfied so she left to get the manager. I wait another 10 minutes before the manager comes over, tells me she also cannot explain to me how to request a refund online because employees aren’t allowed on the app. I said so you can’t explain to me how to do it? She says no. I said but you guys are out of cheese, so I can’t get my food, so why can’t I get a refund? I asked her what good are you as a manager if you can’t even explain the process of how to request a refund. I also told her “you are all bad at your jobs”
I drove away with no food after waiting at the window for 30 minutes. There were 3 other cars waiting behind me too.
Once I got home and After a lot of back and forth with the chat bot finally connecting me to a live person I was able to get a refund. I have deleted the app and I will never give a chipotle my hard earned money again.
Quit hiring lazy and rude employees!
Usually great food and music. Had not stopped in here for three months. Went in today and it was really busy. Watched the lead cook handle entire back area alone, then also saw he no gloved a handful of cilantro into white rice big metal bowl to mix it. He had used the scoop a few minutes before that. Yuk. Disappointed.
Never seen this before at this location.
I got a vegetarian meal and found a piece of chicken in my food.
When I told them, they offered to make a fresh meal.As the person scooped out the chunky salsa, I saw another piece of chicken in that salsa.
I canceled my order, they refunded my money.
The popi drink that I ordered was not cold enough.
I probably won't go back again.
Quite possibly the worst run chipotle on earth. Never a thing on time. Employees don’t seem to move with any pace. If you don’t value your time or happiness, this is the place for you.
Understaffed, not very clean but the manager tried to make the experience better

My husband got food poisoning here Saturday 05/17. He ate the chicken burrito. And we are positive it’s from here because he fasts all day and only eats one meal. This is the only thing he ate all day and symptoms started that night. So definitely from here. The bacteria has spread to his lymph nodes it’s been attacking his body for 6 days now. Management needs to make sure they are cooking their chicken properly and practicing good hygiene so their customers don’t get sick.
Great food and good service. At the time I went it was Sunday afternoon and they only had one guy working the whole line by himself. He did a great job, even though the wait was really long he was still kind and not stressed by the amount of people.
Ok food. For the price it's lacking something, the bowl might be the best thing to get.

Went by to grab lunch. Pretty standard experience. The staff were slow, but pleasant . Convenient location. I’d go again.
Food assembly, quality and service was great! But, the payment process was a complete mess! The young team members need training urgently on basic math and payment register skills.
Shoutout to the Chipotle staff—WOW.
Huge thank you to the manager who personally delivered my purse to my house yesterday. I didn’t even realize I had left it behind, but they went out of their way to make sure it got back to me—with everything still inside.
That kind of honesty and kindness deserves to be recognized.
I’ve already noticed a shift at this location lately—the food’s been fresher, and the staff noticeably more upbeat and welcoming. But this? Above and beyond. Thank you so much, truly.
Fast mexican food. Some good and some bad. Service is mediocre~
This place has improved so much over the years. Whoever runs this store now should be in charge of all the chipotles in the area. TAKE NOTES GAHANNA, EASTON, NEW ALBANY AND JOHNSTOWN. ITS TOO EASY
