I went into the restaurant and ordered 2/4 of tacos I asked them to be individually wrapped but because the time that I traveled to the store I have to eat my lunch on the way Back to work I asked a lady cause she wrapped them individually so I may eat them when I'm able to I found that my tacos were not only not individually wrapped my tacos are flipped upside down inside in the aluminum foil in the bag. The worst part is that I was pleasant she smiled in my face and disobeyed me and I had to pay for it. This is where customer service goes wrong.

Love chipotle but this location has issues with orders showing up on DoorDash, also they are almost always short staffed so the lines are long. I empathize for the management they seem nice. Good labor is hard to find.

On 9/3 I pulled up to the drive through window at 5:34 for an order that was supposed to be ready at 5:30. I sat for a full 10 minutes while employees inside worked and never came to the window to see what my order was. Eventually, I had to pull around, at which time the drive-through was wrapped around the building, and go inside. When I explained to the young lady at the register so that I’ve been waiting for 10 minutes without being greeted, her response was “they’re busy”.

My experience was very unpleasant, I noticed a lot of racism towards me when I arrived at this place from its employees, the lady who served me was very rude to me, I went to get napkins but there were none, so I went again to ask if she could give me some and again she got angry, the customers when realizing the attitude of the workers showed sensitivity towards me and supported me, also the place was very dirty, I definitely will not return to this place

UPDATE: I was probably this location’s best customer until tonight (see my rating below). I usually arrive around 7:30 after the gym, as I did this evening. I noticed a new crew, but didn’t think much about it. The lady in front of me was treated like her bowl was feeding a family. However, when I ordered mine, I got stingy half portions of everything. It was so obvious - the fajitas I was given were relegated to a few tiny strips of pepper and onion. When I asked if I could get more, she said no because they weren’t making more and that what they had needed to last them all night. Keep in mind they’re open until 11:00… they were also nearly out of mild salsa, so I got a tablespoon-sized dab of that.

I left with the saddest and lightest bowl ever. I ate it, but had to make a sandwich afterwards.

This review is for the evening/closing staff, already have been a few times workers have an attitude for literally no reason. I get sometimes we all have bad days but it’s getting out of hand. Today it was the cashier who’s a larger about 6:1-6:3 older black gentleman with a goatee that’s gray just giving an attitude simply for asking if they have forks. Just ridiculous…

At no fault of the staffed workers (they’ve always been super nice) but this is the 3rd time in a row I’ve gone in and the register has had an issue.. 20-30minutes for chipotle defeats the purpose of going to chipotle. The alternative? Order to go in the app and get half the serving size. Bummer bc this location is closest to my house

I’ve given this location multiple chances - never again. The food station is always dirty and food smeared everywhere on the counter. The food is never consistent. This time the rice was overcooked and I’ve never had a more salty burrito. I’m not one to complain but if I were you I would drive the extra 10min to any other chipotle in any direction.
