Guys… just look at the picture. How? I mean really, how? Seems like just pure laziness to me. I just want a good chipotle bowl, just once please!! What is so hard to make it good? This was beyond disappointing to open. Plus the girl was rude when I picked it up.

We actually go out of our way to go to the one on west broad.
The one in Hilliard is actually closer but it is always dirty, the line (like where they are preparing your bowl or burrito) is always messy and has food that looks like it has been on there all day, it’s gross.
We will continue to go out of our way to this one on west broad. There is a long line sometimes, but it moves quickly. Maybe others go out of their way as well!

Dirty, food was subpar and no ice in the machine in the lobby. We made aware and they never put any in. When you would ask for ice at the counter they would give you a little in a cup and act like it was killing them.

I order chipotle in the app store and when I got my oder was weird very little rice and different size burritos. For 60$ dollars of food not worth it and they for got my chipotle.

Second time visiting in past few days. First time burrito was nice and stuffed, a little too much rice but that’s ok. Second time burrito bowl is great, fresh ingredients goes a long way. I hope the consistency continues and this isn’t just some luck and you will see me more. The same young guy handed me my food through the drive thru, maybe he’s the good luck, schedule him everyday.
