Chipotle is supposed to be a better version of fast food, that means more expensive, tastier, more healthy for you... fast food. They have the fast and more expensive part down, but the tasty part needs a little work. Seems every time i get the chicken, it is over cooked. Tough, hard, stringy. Portion size is too small on the meat, cheese, lettuce. The rice is not always done, is still hard and under cooked. This particular store is hit or miss. Sometimes the food is good, sometimes not.

The workers were very rude and kept on trying to rush us. They seemed so eager to get us out of the store. Also, they barely gave us any food, and I’m not one who usually asks for workers to put extra helpings, but they were so eager to get us out and we’re barreling putting any rice or toppings in my bowl.

This chipotle on west broad st columbus skimp on the food. They reward employees that giving half portion of meat. Don't go to this location, the greedy owners have raised their prices and inflated profits by skimping on portions. Does Chipotle care about their customer base, NO!!!!!!!

The big girl that acts like a manager always has a condescending attitude every time I go in there. Most of the people there don’t have great people skills and makes for an irritating experience every single time. If it weren’t 4 mins up the road I would go to a different one for sure.

Food was actually fresh and vibrant. This was the best Chipotle I've had in a while. The crew was literally washing the door with a rag. So, it's definitely a well run location, and pretty dang clean.
