I went here with a friend on our lunch break today in person and I asked for a Barbacoa bowl with the tortilla on the side and the to go lid, I got a bowl with about half a scoop of rice and literally 2 tiny pieces of Barbacoa before my bowl was slid down to the next person. I didn’t even bother asking for the tortilla or lid bc I knew this wouldn’t be worth my money. All the rest of the toppings portions were tiny as well, even the cheap things like lettuce - literally just a pinch. The bowl wasnt even full, which is usually the case at other chipotles, even if they skimp on protein they load you up with veggies. Also I asked for the grilled veggies which were raw and just HUGE chunks of bell pepper barely cut up. They asked if I wanted chips or a drink and I said only a drink and they tried to charge me for both before I caught it. Would not go to this location again.

The employees are always rude, ordered a kids meal.. only got sour cream and the shells but no chicken or fajitas. was with a friend and they said they didn't even have her order even though the app said ready for pickup.

My son loves Chipotle and eats there more than twice a week on average. However, this location was the worst we’ve ever tried – the portions were small, the food was overly salty, and the rice was almost raw. Very disappointing, and we will definitely not be coming back to this location.

It’s surprisingly friendly for a chipotle in a city, but it’s still the kinda mediocre service you get from chipotle

Great portion sizes. The employees make orders fast and I like that they keep mobile orders in their kitchen to alleviate potential food theft. I would recommend anyone to enjoy a burrito bowl takeout for lunchtime. There were plenty of seats avaliable when I visited too. The chicken burrito bowl was better seasoned than the carnitaw bowl

We tend to order from there working downtown, each of got sick after eating certain food from there. After feeling better went to discuss it with their manager, very unprofessional to say the least. Will not return to this establishment or brand. Seem they need to revamp their team in order to save the brand and their location.

Went at 7:15 and the doors were unlocked. The lady came up to us and said no you can’t be in here right now.(keep in mind they close at 8) she said they were only accepting online orders so i placed mine. When i got the food extremely cold. Dirty, rude staff, cold food, and an overall horrible experience. -11/10 worst Chipotle in Ohio. DO NOT GO HERE.

I used to love to go to this one as I work downtown but they have gotten so stingy and the employees are rude and mean. I ask for a side of sour cream, they say, “it’s $1.50”. Fine, but if you are going to charge me that much for 4 ounces of sour cream, you better fill it up and not 1/4 of the way. The $2.65 queso cup better be filled to the brim instead of half. I would hope there is more than 2 pieces of chicken in one of my soft tacos…yes that really happened. The tacos were so stingy one day, I took all 3 and combined them into one. The service was exceptional until about a year ago and something changed. The employees are rude, yell at you if you ask for more (and willing to pay for it!), they rush you through and are messy. The chips were so chewy the last time I was there. I drive all the way to Olentangy now from downtown to get my lunch!
And please don’t respond, Chipotle and say “please reach out to us”. This is your customer base reaching out. Giving comps and free food doesn’t solve the PROBLEM. Fix the problem!
Ask those employees, would you eat what you are serving paying customers? If you wouldn’t eat it, why should I?

Edit: Obviously Chipotle doesn’t really read these because they did EXACTLY what I said not to do. “Please reach out to us”….replied to this. No, fix the problem! Start doing blind drop ins! Fix the problem!

The employees either hate their job or have autism, or both. The music is so loud over the speaker you can’t hear yourself think. Food is amazing and the portion sizes are good that’s why I continue to come here.
