This is the worse Chipotle in the United States. I went into this location and there were no workers anywhere. It took at least 5 minutes for all 3 of them to come from the back. The rude manager walks out on her cell phone and goes and puts stuff away instead of taking care of the customers. Then the store was filthy dirty!!

This is my go to Chiptole. They seem understaffed every time I'm in there, when the manager isnt there there's usually only 2-3 people working and it devolves into chaos real quick. Was there yesterday 8/23 and was informed they had no chicken or steak...
Either close the store or invest some money in training/hiring the staff. Bonus points if its a living wage.

Warning! Never order online without seeing what you're actually getting. The container was only half full, there were just five tiny pieces of chicken, and the avocado was completely brown and oxidized. Total disrespect to the customer. Demand quality for your money!

But I hate when I come in and there's new people and I see how he treats the people in front of me and then treats me like shit when like I said I come everyday most of the people know my order and it was clear to me the only difference between me and the people in front of me I hate how people treat people like there less then human

Tell me why there’s a video surfacing on Facebook from this chipotle of this employee, eating chicken from the counter with the gloves on and then not even throwing the gloves away and he’s eating this chicken over the open chicken container. This is disgusting. I will not ever be returning to this location. EWWW

I sent my daughter to chipotle and they didn’t give her rice.I took it back and the manager was very disrespectful she accused me of eating the food and bringing it back I have a video of her calling me a liar the way she addresses the customers was out of line.
