Best Chipotle Burrito bowl I've ever had. The ratio of ingredients was perfect, including my request for light rice and heavy sour cream. My wife agreed that her bowl was perfectly made too. Staff was friendly and efficient when I picked up. My only minor complaint is that this location could make access to the parking lot a bit more clear. Will continue ordering from this location instead of the having my order ruined by the Brewery district location.Parking: Rear access from intersections on either side isn't at first completely clear and is only access point.

On a normal basis I get my food exactly how I order. There is one woman in there that refuses to make my order correctly. I really hope that she is not a manager because I can go to any other Chipotle in Columbus and get my order exactly how I order it. I had $30 worth of food ready to buy but she wouldn't give me extra cheese, so I walked out and left the $30 worth of food. I will never come here again

To the young lady who put the vegetables on my meal around 3:20 pm. Not everyone likes or can digest certain foods, so your attitude towards me when I asked for just light corn and light tomatoes was uncalled for. You continued to put light on everything when I just wanted those to items light. If you don't like your job. Quit. And yes I have worked fast food I've had food thrown at me, and I've had multiple customers cuss me out. I've had someone hit and spit on me. I do my best to be courteous to the employees who work these tiring low paying jobs. But it's hard when the employee has an attitude.

Picked up my mobile app order from the South High location around 9:12pm tonight, 03/11/24 since it was scheduled to be ready at 9:10pm. I pulled up to the drive-thru lane window and I could hear the chime/bell go off letting the employee know that I arrived.I sat there watching all of but two employees, the two were cooking, while the others were joking around at the prep/serving area. I waited and waited until I got tired of waiting and had to honk my car horn to get one of their attention; I then received my order and I felt that the bag was extremely light considering that I ordered double meat, extra rice, pinto beans, mild salsa, cheese and sour cream. So I parked the car and looked at the bowl and it barely had a full portion of barbacoa or rice (see pictures). I went into the store and let the gentleman at the register know about it and he checked the bowl; he apologized after looking at it, then closed it back up. A young lady working next to him asked if she should remake the bowl and he said no. He then proceeded over to the prep/serving area and pulled out the near empty container that the barbacoa was in and proceeded to put the remaining scraps of meat into a plastic cup, like what they use for the salsa, then gave me back the bowl they originally gave me, plus the cup of scraps of barbacoa, even though he put out a full container of fresh barbacoa. I don't know if this is how management at this location trains their employees, if so then no wonder why the low rating. I honestly can't believe I paid over $15 for this bowl. I asked the gentleman for the owner's name and contact information, but he said there isn't an owner; then gave me the manager's business card. I wrote an email similar to this post letting her know about this, but I doubt anything will ever happen because from what I was told by another customer in the store/location tonight, he stated that he reported issues before but that management doesn't care and will continue to allow this to be the norm. Wish that someone from corporate would look into how this location is making their restaurant/brand look.

Employees were loud and more concerned with goofing off with each other. Had 1 employee ringing up orders and making them yet there were 6 employees in total. Cook was handling garbage without gloves then started to make brown rice immediately following. Didn't even order. Too disgusted and aggrevated to order let alone eat.

A Friday night 'maybe' 5 employees clearly overwhelmed protein items all nearly gone staff looked exhausted 28 minutes to get to front line felt bad for people working doing best they could not good atmosphere and I could see the employees just closing but they hung in there. Cannot blame the staff but someone has to be responsible to ensure there's enough employees on a Friday night. I'd be hard pressed to visit again this location. Food I can't complain about. Impossible to actually blame the mostly young staff for being well short of needed employees.

They give you a quoted time then when you get there make you wait 20 plus extra minutes and then asks you to pull forward and try and wait longer. I ordered ahead so I could get my food and go to my job I didn't have time to wait longer. Absolutely unprofessional horrible experience and the lady there was rude after I told her that I couldn't wait 20+ more minutes after the quoted time she goes "well we are busy" I get that, and that's why I ordered a head should either update your quote times to be accurate online or turn it off. Either way I ended up leaving and not getting my order. Would not recommend
