Food was good, as it is at most locations. Parking was terrible, and this location is very small and cramped.

I’m so frustrated with the Chipotle locations near Grandview (W 5th & Olentangy). Neither ever have vinaigrettes in the late afternoon-evening and they often do not have chimichurri either. Tonight, I waited in the line for 20+ minutes to only get home and not have my bowl made correctly.

Slowest place ever, completely ignore the front of the house and prioritize drive thru, Uber eats etc. Go literally anywhere else.

There was some rude girl behind the line serving my bowl who looked like she wanted to jump across the counter at everyone who ordered. I get it but dang. Lady behind the register was nice though. Thanks

The staff is very rude and the food was not good!! You can usually go to any chipotle and expect same quality at any chain but this was terrible!!!! On top of their attitudes! The blonde girl on the line had a very nasty attitude !!

Went on a weekday night and had the best experience, amazing food, great staff, and you can tell they have a good time and make their food with love, so loyal to this chipotle!!!

Usually pretty decent but in my online order I order guacamole and the bowl I got had no guacamole in it.
Never again go between lunch and dinner at 3 pm.
