I only get Chipotle, as a special treat, but yesterday, after a long day at work, Justice was so kind, I came back tonight!!!

Trisha was a delight & a breath of fresh air-

In a world of cheapened customer service, this Chipotle is my go to!!!!

Staff are very slow and rude.
I’ve also seen them drop the placards in the food and pick them out without changing out the food wells. Don’t go to this one!

The worst location in the area
The drive thru line is constantly ridiculously long and not moving
It blocks the whole parking lot so you can’t even go inside and pick up your order if you wanted to
When you finally get your food it doesn’t taste as good as other locations. The rice is often undercooked and hard.
This one makes the 5th ave location look like 5 stars

To the manager Makayla & the other manager, who did not want to disclose her name which is understandable I just wanted to know who to hold Accountable for the service and experience I received 09 26/24 approximately 11 o’clock I was there to pick up a delivery for a paying customer through a third-party app after making it clear that I was there to pick up a delivery I was completely ignored and not a soul acknowledge me after sitting there for over 25 minutes. I literally watched two waves of people come & go !!!!!!!!!!!!! ??‍♂️ after getting someone’s attention, I asked if the lady that did not want to disclose her name was she a manager. She said yes, and told me that she did not have to give me her name. I didn’t make a big deal about it. I Then asked if there was another manager available & that manager, then walked up And I asked her what her name was she presented her name I Then already realized that she was the one who had an attitude from the moment people were already walking in the door ??‍♂️ I get that the day may not Off to a great start !!!! But as a manager having an attitude around, your coworkers is not a great mix and is truly unacceptable!!!! I didn’t even want to explain my problem with her or the problem that I was having I know confrontational people when I see them !!!!! ??‍♂️ ??‍♂️ I wasn’t even going to give her my energy instead I knew exactly where to take this problem!!!!! I don’t even normally pick up from this location or chipotle altogether because of multiple experiences and situations like such!!! And plus a lot of people who ordered through third-party apps that ordered chipotle gets highly upset about how their order was put together or the portion size so Therefore, the delivery driver takes the fall somehow ??‍♂️ It’s just messed up all the way around, but it was a pretty slow morning so I gave it a shot! ??‍♂️ And not to my surprise !! Exactly what I thought would happen!!!! With that being said, I will never pick up or support chipotle as long as I’m breathing!!! It’s something about the way you guys train your managers!!!! Just know I know!!!! It doesn’t take them long to develop this. I don’t care attitude.!!!!! Anyone who ever worked there knows exactly what I am talking about !!!! or anyone who has dealt with their managers!!!! Chipotle, I hope y’all can get this location together!!!!! Especially for the delivery drivers, it literally should be hasslefree To pick up from y’all I don’t even feel bad For waiting over 25 minutes I just feel bad for the person who expected me to deliver Their food!!!! ??‍♂️

Parking: Should be OK can get pretty busy during lunch rush

Kid-friendliness: The staff was very nonchalant and did not have good attitudes!!!!!!!!

Wheelchair accessibility: The double doors can really make it difficult for people with wheelchairs wasn’t for sure if I seen buttons for handicap accessible

I went thru the drive thru for the first time no one was in line, asked if I could just buy quacamole and chips. Nope I was told I had to go in, but I have 2 found kids which I didn't want to get out of the carseats. So I made online order, went to puck it up and they saw that it was me again. They threw my queso and quacamole in the bag upside down on top of the chips. Thanks for the shitty service as we go to the hospital to see my husband and their dad. So fyi

Have been going to this Chipotle the past several months with nothing but good experiences with the staff.

That changed on my most recent trip when I was hit with a very rude remark by the last team member of the line. I had asked for the Guac on the side for a vegetarian bowl, then at the register asked for Chips and Guac, a common request I’d imagine. My order was greeted with a very snide “Another Guac?!” to which I had to reply “Yes, sorry.” Sorry to that Chipotle team member for spending more money in your store, I greatly apologize and will no longer be patronizing your store.
