I ordered food for lunch from this location, and had it delivered. The order was wrong, the meat was fatty. I was given black beans instead of the fajita vegetables. A tiny amount of salsa. Very disappointed.
This wasn't the worst chipotle experience I've had, but it will certainly be my last. Their terrible customer service AI was no help after we wasted over an hours waiting on an order only for it to be cancelled with zero explanation. Eat local, at least they'll answer the phone.

Ordered through their website for delivery. A full half hour after the original estimated delivery time the order was cancelled, no explanation and no real customer service. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY.

I was shaking racked with a fever and chills and just wanted to grab a quick burrito from close by. They locked the door fifteen minutes early, only willing to serve me if I was DoorDash. It takes five minutes to make the burrito. I already hated this place from the attitude, “Hey, how’s it going? What do YOU want?” The amount of pain I went through shaking with a fever just trying to use the restaurant only to be turned away because they wanted to close early. Let it be known it’s not the employees fault clearly management has made their working conditions so unfair, unpleasant that the employees actively hate the environment. Terrible.

I’ve had raw rice in my burrito 3 times. Just never again. Trust me and go to brewery district location.

the fajitas are never cut or cooked properly. i don’t know what lazy worker they have doing they cutting but please get somebody else to do it, it’s getting ridiculous.

One of the better Chipotles in Columbus. Staff is friendly and they keep the place pretty clean. The line also moves pretty quick as compared to the one on campus further up high street and the one near Nationwide.
Parking: There's a parking lot behind the building off 2nd. It's shared and there's only a few free spots for Chipotle. Otherwise you have to pay for on street parking.
Kid-friendliness: It's a friendly atmosphere but can get rather busy sometimes, so keep the kiddos close, but even the homeless are kind and aren't weirdos, so you don't gotta worry too much.

Don’t even waste your time, RUDE messed up my bowl and wouldn’t even meet in the middle to compromise on their wrong doing. Called the store the GM had a nasty attitude .. all around just dissatisfied and disappointed. Need to work on their professionalism.

I’m not the type of person to leave reviews , nor complain outwardly for the world to hear about it. But this cannot go unsaid.
I go to this chipotle specifically, because the other two near campus always have bad rice, whether it’s too hard or unsalted, or too mushy. Or the steak lacks flavor or something.
Today , the rice was bad, it was clumpy , unsalted, and overall flavorless. The steak was off too, less flavor today, kinda chewy. And I know it was different because I go to this chipotle weekly. I called the chipotle to speak to the manager to complain.
The manager (didn’t get a name, I know it was a woman) said “I cannot accept this review” and stated that her steak and rice were perfectly cooked today.
If I would’ve gotten a “we’re sorry to hear about your experience “ etc…. Something that equates to average customer service experience then I wouldn’t be rating this place a 1 star. But she straight up told me , that I was wrong, and honestly made feel bad for calling in. Now I have to write this review hoping that the chipotle I have gone too consistently for the past 2 months, doesn’t have unflavored steak or rice, or horrible customer service like the one I experienced today.
This Chipotle never disappoints; I consistently receive great bowls here even when ordering pickup through the app.
