Every time I visit this store, the service is worse. Slowest service I’ve ever experienced this last visit. I spent over 20 minutes in line with only 2 people in front of me, each of them getting only one entree. The employees move painfully slow with no sense of urgency. They always over portion on rice and cheese, when all I want is a normal amount, not extra. Also, waited at the register for 5 minutes before paying, while other customers in line behind me had their orders made. Seems very backwards.I regularly visit other locations around Columbus and something is clearly different with the way this one is managed.I worked at Chipotle for about a year in college and they had much higher standards for running the store and training employees to make orders efficiently with proper portion sizes.

I DoorDash from here Often I got my name as more sour cream Or extra sour cream lol And um Every time y’all just pay attention to my sour cream loving offering me a side of sour cream like periodt i love yall Not gonna lie when I first started ordering from here. The food was not Bussin, but recently for the last like 3 to 4 months everything has been amazing. Everything tastes fresh. The portions are great You make DoorDash food fast you guys are awesome I appreciate You guys so much. Thanks for paying attention to little things. It makes my day. The woman manager who was working the line by herself last night was great. Fast and efficient and tried her best to keep things going and get us out which was appreciated. Thank you chipotle for the yummy food and amazing service could use more employees working though so a manager doesn't have to be working a line solely.

Hey thanks for the uncooked rice! And the rude manager or shift lead chick from tonight!!! Uncooked rice and rude customer service. The lunch time serves is always on point and the food is usually consistent. 2nd shift needs work and your half portion of meat when ask for double needs attention too Ms rude shift lead!
