The staff at this location are extremely nice and always give me a good bowl. Never had any complaints about quality of food - this is probably one of the best Chipotle's I've been to, and I visit it weekly as an OSU student. Highly recommend!

This location is hot garbage in terms of food quality. Rice is always undercooked, burritos are made horribly, and orders are consistently messed up. Avoid this location at all costs.

My boyfriend placed an order online for pickup which said it would be ready at 9:40 p.m. I got there at 9:42 the doors were already locked and I observed five people staring at me refusing to open the door while they still prepared food, ate at the same time and laughed at me. After standing outside for 10 minutes, calling and banging on the door a woman finally let me in to grab my pickup order. I will never come here again and if you hate your job that bad then go somewhere else!!

UPDATE: DIDN'T EVEN GIVE ME THE RIGHT ORDER I GOT SOMEONE ELSE'S ORDER AND STILL COULDN'T RETURN IT BECAUSE THE DOORS ARE LOCKED. LESSON LEARNED NEVER AGAIN.

Probably the third time i’ve come hear like 30-45 mins before they close and they’re already cleaning up and don’t have any ingredients left. I worked in food service before and have never seen anything so lazy.

Update- 10-07-2024- Back from urgent care at 9.00 pm,. He was sick whole night, vomiting and stomach pain not stopped. Going to hospital again..

Apparently you can’t order a simple quesadilla in person. You can order on the app (assuming have the app), but despite it being on the menu posted clearly in front of us, they couldn’t actually enter it into their register system and evidently that renders them unable to make it. Needless to say, we’ll pass from now on.

this chipotle suckssss they ALWAYS wanna give me STALE chips literally idc if u go first thing in the morning THEYLL BE STALE. i’ve never once had a chip that actually crunched or didn’t taste like cardboard. they must recycle their chips from the day before or smth. their work station is ALWAYS dirty, and i know they’re not cleaning things properly on the line. (i’m literally a former chipotle employee ok i can tell). just dirty and ghetto every time. not worth it. take the extra 3 minutes and drive to the other chipotle on high st.

I ordered delivery through an app.. I ordered a drink. They put an empty cup in my bag. This has become a thing with Chipotle. If you order a drink they place an empty cup in the bag and just hand your order off to the driver. My chips are stale.

This place should not be able to deliver what a rip off I just spent 43 dollars on bowls that was made for toddlers to eat hardly no rice I got half and half we got a spoon full of meat no lettuce and where is the cheese what a rip off
