Theres too many employees not doing there job this is my second time this week coming and they were not serving chicken for some reason this week the manager was just laughing and not notifying customers that they were not doing their jobs properly

Place an order in the app and I go in they're not busy at all and my order was already 5 minutes late was not completed. And then informed that they don't have chips that I paid for and go through the app to get a refund. Everybody seem to not give a crap about the customer at all. Not apologetic didn't seem to give two shits that it's 8:00 and they're out of almost everything which to me indicates that they weren't doing their job properly.

The food was good. The restaurant was dirty. Tables weren't wiped. The employees seemed like they did not even wnat to serve you. I used to work for chipotle and this one was just a really bad experience. People are o. Their phones and not cleaning and arguing.

Guy taking my order didn't speak a single word to me. Then come to find out they were out of cheese. Baffles me how they run out of cheese. Figured I would still get my $16 burrito to only find out the steak is riddled with fat and bone. This reminds me why my visits are spread out more and more to chipotle.

Ordered $39 worth of food online through the app. Promised pick-up time for 4:10pm. Not only was 3 out of 4 bowls I ordered wrong, they also were not ready. None of the bowls had any toppings. It took an additional 20 minutes of waiting on the restaurant. Worst experience at a Chipotle I’ve had.

On 1/24/25 my husband & I ordered & paid online for two items for pickup at 6:20PM. We arrived and, not only was our order not ready, but there was a 4 - 6 people also waiting for orders that had been placed online. The young girl at the register could not tell us anything about our order or when it might be ready so around 6:40PM my husband asked about getting our money returned. The girl at the register told the manager, "This man needs to talk to you." I kid you not--the manager just stood there blankly, refusing to respond to the girl or us. After repeated attempts to get a response, she gave up and went to the back kitchen area to look for our order. It was there! She brought it and tossed it on the counter. My husband was angry at this point and grabbed up the bag of food. He did not say a word, though. As we walked away from the counter, a very tall guy working behind the counter taunted my husband by saying, "All right, Old Man. All right, Old Man."
We are not inpatient people. We both have worked food service. If anyone had simply said, "We're working on your order. It'll be a few more minutes. We are a little short-handed tonight," or anything at all, we would have been fine. As it was, the place was filthy, the staff were poorly trained and whoever was in charge did not care. This place is a dumpster fire.

I got my dinner today from Chipotle on Morse road. It was $20. The person working cashier and the person working the line very rude. Even when I was trying to be kind to them, they were still rude. This happens every time I go to Chipotle on Morse road. It's always disgusting in there. Food is a mess and appliances are a mess trash needs taken out. This annoyed me that it was not just me that was treated this way. It was also the people behind me and in front of me. I have been to multiple Chipotles never seen one this bad constantly. 10 out of 10. Do not recommend

This is the worst chipotle ever. Extremely filthy. I got there at 10:51. They open at 10:45. Nothing was filled even their lemonade was gross. Definitely worth driving to a whole different location because this one is not it by any means strongly recommend going somewhere else definitely zero out of 10. The fountain machine was out of flavoring and I told the employees and I kept being told that that’s not true. I kept advising them to take a drink of some nobody would, and they continue to joke and laugh about it. Finally someone went back to add some flavoring syrup by this time I was just over it.
