My go to Chipotle location. They haven't messed up my mobile order pickup, unlike the location on Route 3. This location always gives great portions.

This particular eating establishment we visited is disgusting. We do not have any other problems with any of the other Chipotle's that we have frequently visited around Columbus. The last 2 times we have gone to this particular place, there is food on their service counter & they do not clean or wipe off any food that doesn't make it on to the customers orders. We watched one of the employees behind the counter, drag my husband's order through spilled bean juices, grease from previous orders, sour cream & cheese & never wiped it off his order before placing it in our bag. Don’t know why I even try. Three strikes and you’re out. Been there three times in the past month, at different times of the day, and you’re always out of practically everything. How are you still serving food when you don’t have half of the ingredients? Or charge me for extra items that I don’t get? I’m not one to really complain since I work in the retail industry but it’s hard to understand how this place stays open with nasty workers and the inability to fulfill orders. I will drive out of my way to go to a different chipotle from now on.

Not even as much as a head nod acknowledging us as customers, much less a “hello” or “how can I help you?” Just a blank staring contest from both line workers, which I’m guessing I lost since I spoke first 😑 When my son asked for a fourth item on his kids tacos, the answer was “that’s not how it works” lol. Not a follow up question or explanation, but a straight up rude response. The chicken was burnt; it overcooked, burnt. Not to mention the one employee in the back leaning against a counter texting the time away and the dried up Aguas Frescas. I’m being charitable when I say this was the worst experience I’ve had at a Chipotle, ever. Hope you all can get your stuff together and use this for training ✌🏼

terrible service at this location....been at this location three times in 10 days every time 7pm...two times no meat at all to be served...last time no cheese no corn no chicken no steak....never again at this horrible location...

Theres too many employees not doing there job this is my second time this week coming and they were not serving chicken for some reason this week the manager was just laughing and not notifying customers that they were not doing their jobs properly
