I normally like getting food from here but while I was ordering the third person in the line that was fixing the food was very rude she ignored what I wanted in my bowl. Whoever she is she needs to be talked to because some people there act very unprofessional.

i order for two I was in and out, not something that happens often, usually a line that moves slow. Lucky day, the staff was nice and quick to . I order my bowl and a. Salad. And they had the vinegar dressing and it was made the right way

Ordered online... burritos were miss labeled. One had someone else's name on the label and the label with the right name was on the wrong burrito. Food is very poor quality. Associates do not pay attention to the orders.

I placed a mobile order and went to pick it up 10 minutes after they said it was ready. They made every customer in line food even the ones who came after me before they made my order. The guy making the food stated “I’ll get to it when I can” then once the line was cleared they started cleaning up before they even attempted to make my food. What was the point in putting in a mobile order if I still have to wait for every customer to be served before me? Waited and extra 25 minutes for a mobile order that said it was “ready”

I wish they were more consistent. Sometimes you get a great server, who makes your plate the way they would make their own & other times they practically weigh everything

Very bad service. Was in line for 35 mins. There was one lady working the line. The rest of everyone else was standing around. When I tell there is 17 people in line at 348pm and everyone is over it. Not a great location to visit.
Chipotle is always tasty!
Walked in to get a Quesadilla they told me I couldn’t get it unless I ordered it online but the other chipotle right down the street did it for me yesterday guess I have to go down there

Daughter and her boyfriend went here and they made his burrito wrong so she asked them to remake it and the employee that was making it got an attitude and actually stuck her tongue out at my daughter so she asked to speak to a manager and the manager did not think that that was a big deal, very unprofessional customer service! My daughter said she would never go there again. She was not rude to her She just asked if she could politely remake it and she got a huge attitude and then on top of it the manager did not seem that it was a problem at all. I advise my daughter to call corporate.

Ordered online, spent over 500 dollars on chipotle. We tried to get the food once then they i am not lying to you said that the order wasnt in their database and didnt even start although it was pickup time. We asked for refund? Nah pepper the ai and the ai said it was fulfilled so no refund. 30- dollars for no reason. NEVER order from here i hate this place. We spent over 500 dollars and they treat us horrible. Go to a el salvadoreon restaurants all over town. 100X better than this greedy place

My food is never ready. This last time, after waiting 20 minutes, they finally threw together my order after admitting they lost my ticket. Every Chipotle is like this now. Never again.
Okay!! I have to make a good review on this one, busted 09/10/2025 staffs were nice, the portion of the food was really great. So far this is the first chipotle around in Columbus that gives out good amount of portion!!! Huge thanks and great job to the owner and team for setting the bar high!
