Chipotle Mexican Grill

Giving this location a 1 star rating is ahuge stretch because if I could give my true rating it would be a -1. Staff is very rude and always have attitudes, constantly messes orders up! This is the 2nd time I ordered online and both bowls completely different from what I ordered. Ordered double protein and didn't get it, I didn't get the right protein at all actually, then I asked for no beans I have a lot of beans and none of the topping I asked for completely wrong. This is the absolute worst chipotle and I mean the worst I've ever been to in my lifeee. Never again, avoid this location at all cost.

I got there at 7:30 pm approximately. I am not sure what time they close, but they were already starting their pre-closing activities so they weren't interested in helping new customers. Food was fine. Staff was not rude, but not fast or friendly per se.

how is the food even bad at 11am. seriously how is the rice hard and stale as soon as they open the store..lettuce also tastes unwashed and the chicken is mostly fat. cheese is the only good thing even the tortilla is hard to bite into. I would not recommend even as soon as they open sadly

The server charade was extremely unprofessional. I felt an attitude as soon as she began to prepare my meals. I tried to look past it and continued to order. When i asked for lettuce on one of my meals she completely ignored me and continued to close the lid, i repeated it 3 times which she continued to just put on the lid regardless. When i asked her if she heard me she looked at me with an attitude and said she had already closed it but im 100% sure she heard me ALL three times. When management stepped in he explained they cant open the lids once its closed which i then told him i told her 3 times before she closed it. At that point i felt attacked by all three employees and said i no longer wanted the food but wanted their names. Charade first told me her name is drea and the manager said he had no name. Once i started recording he then told me his name is alex and her real name is charade. At no moment did she try to de escalade the issue she just continued to make the situation worst and i had to be the one to walk away.

Even tho the wait was 15 Mins for white rice and the line was long while waiting for the rice, i can say the worker Brook or Brooklyn was doing her thing tonight! She ran that line by herself even with one of her coworkers working on her own bowl to take home and was in Brooklyn way she still ran that line like it was nothing.

I am a huge fan of Chipotle's delicious and satisfying meals! The portion sizes are generous for the price, making it a great value. Not only does Chipotle fill you up, but it also provides a healthier alternative to typical fast food options. However, one downside is the frequent lack of available ingredients which can be frustrating. The employees seem overwhelmed and stressed, often struggling to engage with customers in a professional manner. It's disheartening to witness their distress, as they work tirelessly to keep up with the high demand. Chipotle should consider increasing staffing levels to improve customer service and alleviate some of the pressure on their hardworking employees. Overall, I adore Chipotle's food and atmosphere, but there is definitely room for improvement in the employees' work conditions.

I came in and ordered 2 steak burritos and 2 kids build your own burritos with steak and the meat was trash it taste old and the rice was hard then my daughter ate a chip that was folded when she bit into it, she found a penny this place is a joke it’s the worst chipotle I ever been to and staff has a bad attitude there rude and very unprofessional i called after I found out that my daughter ate a penny and manager was a real peace of work she needs to get fired and so does everyone else working there and it’s really disgusting disappointed and needs a clean up because this place smells like cocked ass and feet just saying even tho no one is going to get back with me but it’s ok I’ll never come back

Came right at opening time (I thought they were already open and ended up waiting a few minutes). I finally walk in and I was the only one there. Nobody greeted or acknowledged me, I was 150% ignored for 5-10 minutes. They were still preparing the restaurant to open which is fine. When the guy finally came to help me he seemed annoyed and inconvenienced that I was even there. I was the first customer I can’t imagine how things went throughout the day. Not friendly staff.

The last two times I've ordered from the Georgesville Rd location I have been very disappointed. No chicken in my bowl the first time and second time no salsa with the chips & salsa I ordered and the chips were all broken. I expect better than this from chipotle. Both times I picked up at drive-thru window.

Every time I come into this chipotle they either don’t have something available or the workers have a horrible attitude. I had ordered a veggie bowl with black beans and the worker put not even a scoop of beans on the bowl. I don’t understand if you don’t want to work there please find another job because this is making this chipotle look bad.
