this is the second time I have gotten plastic in my food from georgesville location. I guess they’re charging me extra for the plastic because they never be putting enough scoops anyways 😭

I’ve been coming to this Chipotle for a while , i have never had problems until today. The drive thru line was wrapped around the building , the entire staff was rude, the manager was completely unprofessional and a hot mess, not to mention they were out of cheese, guacamole and a million other things. asked for a refund after paying for food i did not get , was told “you’ll have to do it in the app there’s nothing we can do” after she proceeded to roll her eyes, i really liked this chipotle and it’s just disappointing.

Out of chips and out of cheese and food was 20 minutes late disgruntled customers everywhere drive thru line wrapped around building absolutely ridiculous. The MANAGER said to some guy”you can apply to chipotle if you got a problem”

Better than other Mexican grills
The guacamole is greenless! I've had open containers of guac 3 weeks old in my fridge not looking this gross! In addition to always forgetting parts of your order (why even offer a drive thru if they can NEVER get it right?) Now you have to worry about getting sick eating this. They literally didn't even fill two slots of my daughters make your own taco, forgot the drinks, the sides, the large chips was equivalent to getting a small bag of Doritos from the gas station, and the only usual bright spot being the guac looked like zombie guacamole. Maybe that's their new 'signature' flavor, undead guacamole. I also included the other guac in my other daughter's dish to show it wasn't just the one missing two sides
also, waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for a prepaid order. Stay away from. thus chipotle if possible and if not, go inside instead of the drive thru if you choose to ignore the rest of the review

This review is just a public post to question most of the people hating on the staff. Perhaps maybe you should try doing fast food yourself, perhaps then you can live those expectations of yours. Easier said than done.

The Georgesville location is often very dirty, staff is very short and not too friendly (almost as if they forget they are at work to perform a service). The chicken seems to have a lot of gristle at this location and at times fatty, ingredients are very inconsistent, and they are ALWAYS out of multiple toppings and chips (hours before close). I would recommend going to another location.

The repetitive disco / funk music without lyrics is obnoxiously loud. I come to this Chipotle EVERY Wednesday and it’s typically the same thing, week after week. You can’t have a conversation and you can’t concentrate.

My fave!!!
Gone in around 9:30 PM on multiple days now and they have been out of almost everything it seems. No white rice, no tortillas, no beans, no vinaigrette, etc. Google says they close at 11 and on the door it says the same.
