Service is very quick, while remaining friendly. Once seated after ordering, the food is brought to your table without any fuss. While parking is minimal, it is sized to the dining space. I've eaten here at lunch a few times and always been happy with the food. They have both staple menu items and seasonal selections and can even accommodate some dietary restrictions, as such they have options for most. Their prices are just slightly higher than going to a fast food restaurant, but nowhere near the cost of most sit-down restaurants.
Parking: The parking is appropriately sized to the available seating. Which is to say, both are pretty tight. If you can find a parking spot, you can find a table inside.

Absolutely annoying. I took my son and daughter for a quick bite. My son ordered a latte and they handed him a cappuccino. When I told the lady this, she said, “It’s basically the same thing.” I said it’s not and that’s not what he ordered. Then she insisted he taste it. He did and of course he said, oh it’s okay. But what she doesn’t know is that my son is nice and would never complain. I said this to them. And she just went on about her day. 47.00 for breakfast, only 3 people. Find a better venue. Because if it’s not what you ordered, you’ll be forced to try it.
And if they say, well we could have made you a new one, lie! We were already arguing and my 2 teenage kids knew you weren’t going to budge so I stopped. Terrible service. I had to give 1 star but would give a zero if I could. Waffles were dry.

When we walked in we were stared at, not greeted, and treated rudely. It was obvious it was our first time there, and they were no help at all. They messed up my drink… and it was not very good. They order lady was kind and remade it.

Recently visited the Chocolate Cafe and was again reminded why I love this place so much! Lisa and her staff are amazing, and I I love the vibe of this place! It strikes the perfect balance between elegant and relaxed, making it a great place to visit for any occasion. The staff here truly cares about their guests. They are always attentive, courteous, and polite, and make us feel like VIPs! We would come back just for the service, but the amazing food they offer makes it even better! If you’re a foodie like me, you’ll love this place! The menu has a fantastic selection, and we love everything they offer. From soup and sandwiches, to Panini’s and flatbreads and specialty grilled cheeses, to chocolates and cookies, to even their special order and wedding cakes, (which we had a chance to try and order), everything is top-notch and tastes delicious! We we’re blown away! I can’t wait to come back again! Definitely one of our favorite go-to cafes in Columbus!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

On 9/25 I emailed this bakery inquiring about a gender reveal cake. On 9/29 I received an apologetic email stating that my email was delivered as spam which was the reason for their late response. I responded to their email on 9/29 but never heard back.
I called on 10/8 making the inquiry via phone. I spoke to Taylor which told me that she’d had to confirm with the baker if the cake could be made and to quote a price. I sent her an email containing various pictures of designs that could be used for the cake (as requested). I asked for them to pick whichever was easiest for them and to let me know.
On 10/9 Taylor called me back requesting a form of payment. When I asked about the design (as previously agreed) she said she’ll have to call me back because she’d have to speak to the baker. She called me later that day and told me it would be a mix of the two last pictures I sent (attached).
On 10/11 I received a call from Taylor to let me know the cake was ready (she texted me two pictures of the cake). The cake looked nothing like the inspirational pictures. I called Taylor asking if they could at least remove the top design as it was what looked most rushed. She responded that she would have to speak to the owner.
Lisa called me later on 10/11. She was apologetic and told me that she would heavily discount the cake if I still wanted it (I didn’t want it but I couldn’t get another cake in such short notice). The cake was originally $55, she gave it to me for $27. She assured me that the cake was delicious.
I’m writing this review because:
1. the staff was not at all friendly when my friend picked it up.
2. the cake was not delicious!! The sponge was dry and the filling was hard!
I trusted this bakery with a very important date for my husband and I. This cake was the birthday present for my husband as it was my way to tell him the gender of our baby. I was genuinely ashamed to show it to him. I made the mistake of trusting this bakery with a very special moment for us. On hindsight I see how I am partially at fault as I should have taken their initial lack of response as a sign of disinterest.
The first two pictures are of the cake I received and the last 2 are of what they said they use as inspiration.

Me and my wife went to check the place out on a Sunday night. Even though we only got a drink each and a small snack, everything about the place made me want to stop in again to really try it out. The issue came up after we got home, we had only been inside for about 20-30min but smelled like we spent a full 8 hour shift in the kitchen. The smell of cooking oil had saturated us and our clothes. This is the only place we went, so it couldn't have been from anywhere else. I WANT to like the place, but in this case, unfortunately, I can't deal with this happening every time I go.

I went to try their frozen hot chocolate, but unfortunately they didn’t have it, so I try their iced chai tea, and it was good. The only thing that bothered me it was the very strong smell of old oil. I spent only 20 minutes there, and when I got home I noticed that my clothes and my hair was smelling an old burnt oil. Even my car got the smell! Lol I want to go there again to try the frozen hot chocolate, but the smell makes me not wanting to go. :(
