Alex was extremely helpful when I was in. I had come in prior on a day that was too busy for me to catch lunch during my lunch hour and Alex remembered she offered apologies and a free salad on my next visit. I insisted she did not need to butcher excellent customer service wouldn’t allow room for me to talk her out of it. The entire staff is quick, courteous and I’ve never had a bad meal here!!!

Honestly, this salad was a complete joke for the price they’re charging. I could’ve gone to Chipotle or Brassica and gotten way better food for much less money — with way more options, better flavor, and seasoned meat. Here, the chicken tasted like it was just boiled in water, completely bland. The dressings were another disappointment — not a single creative or house-made option, just boring and basic. Overall, I regret spending my money here. Save yourself the trouble and head to any other place instead — who knows how to serve a good bowl.

CHOP5 Polaris is the best! I specifically asked them to chop my order to complete annihilation; and they do it every time. It makes me want to leave an extra tip just because they prepared the food the way I requested. God bless them.

Disappointed that I placed an online order and it said 20-25 mins but yet it took 40 minutes. People were coming and placing their orders and getting their food while I stood there and waited for an extra 15 minutes.
chop5 was an amazing experience. team member gaven was so helpful and served with such a positive attitude. always willing to help ! ashtin was so quick and ready to make my salad. while cece had such a fun vibe. i love this place and the team.

I never realized that when they chopped ur food they wipe the cutting board off with a towel that they use over and over again.. not very sanitary.. and they have there hair out of there hats and one girl had a dirty shirt on…I love there food and the healthy concept but that I cannot ignore.
