It was my first time here. We ordered a BBQ chicken chop. Just the salad bowl. The Romaine lettuce was fresh and crunchy. The rotisserie chicken was soft and juicy. Overall, it was a good decent bowl. The bowl was kind of sweet with the standard sauces that came with it. Adding hot sauce made it right. Good place.

Looks like this is a test kitchen. If you ask me, the test is failing. I got their southwest chipotle salad, the first salad on their menu. Supposedly one of their recommended salads. It was uninspired and bland. How on earth they were able to take chipotles and make them bland is completely mind blowing to me. The tortilla strips they topped the salad with were crumbs. And overall, the portion size was too small for the cost. I'd rather just go to Roots.

Always greeted with a smile in and they work fast to get you through line. Stop being so stingy on the dressings! It’s a big salad. Fill those dressings to the top when taking to go and don’t charge extra unless someone is asking for a lot. I like to control the amount of dressings on my salad. Thanks !

Honestly, I just love this place.
I come get lunch here quite often after I leave the gym because when I'm on my way out of that place I don't want anything heavy and gross. I just did a whole workout for crying out loud so being able to build my own salad feels really good.
I have never left this place hungry, I have never had a meal here that I did not enjoy, and the staff is really nice.
Sometimes the line is a little slow and sometimes the dining room is a little full. But honestly, I think the former is a sign of attention to detail and the ladder is a sign of quality so I can deal with it.

Amazing food and even more amazing staff. The fact that they acknowledge your name during the whole process of building your food is so thoughtful. They are great at asking if everything looks okay too through the process.
Had this place pinned as a place to try for several years now. I'm sad that I didn't come sooner! The food is absolutely great, and the portions are generous. I was full after eating. They do have a small selection of soda as well, including diet Pepsi, if you're like me and don't drink lemonades or other sweetened drinks. This place absolutely reminds me of Salad Creations, which was in the city center mall, many many years ago. However they have taken the concept and improved upon it immensely. Service was fast, and the food was outstanding. I will be adding this to my regular rotation.

The salads and bowls are great, but sometimes the person taking your order isn’t friendly at all - no greeting, no smiles, etc. She comes across as wanting you through the line as fast as possible - even when they’re not busy. Also, it’s always freezing in there - the AC is too low to be comfortable while you’re eating, and that’s w/ a sweater or light jacket! The tables need to be wiped off more also with CLEAN rags. (We go to the the CHOP5 on Polaris Pkwy in Columbus, OH)
