Awsome Tex-Mex food. I was a kitchen manager for Don Pablos for 9 years. This place reminds me of it. Fresh food, good service.

Would I ever go back? Strike one…. This is a chain. Strike 2… the chips are lame. Ball 1… there is outside seating. Ball 2 … helping are generous. Ball three … the service was attentive. Strike 3 …the refried beans were bad and my enchiladas were ok at best.

Went there for lunch the day of the eclipse. Kelsey was an awesome server and deserves a raise. My wife and I were treated with respect by her and the rest of the staff. Yes, that should be the default, but we have gotten some odd looks, side comments, and lackluster service because we're a lesbian couple.Best chain Tex Mex food we've had for sure. The queso was flavorful and the included chips, salsa, and jalapeno cream sauce were tasty and freshly made. As New Mexico ex-pats, we were also delighted that Hatch green chile was available! Having it on our burritos was like a trip back in time. Kelsey asked if we wanted chips to go without us asking first, which is always the best part of having leftovers from Tex Mex restaurants. Our friends who visited for the eclipse enjoyed it a lot as well. Will be back for sure.

Ordered chicken fajitas and extra guacamole…one of the worst fajita plate I’ve ever had! Chicken was dry, mostly onions, refried beans were runny and tasteless. Also, zero toppings-no pico, no cheese, no sour cream, guacamole! Also, no chips! Will never go

Salsa way too hot, tortilla soup no flavor, beans and queso runny. Server was awful had to ask for water three times, never offered to refill drinks, asked for a spoon and a bag, never received either. Never going back. Other Mexican restaurant at Easton is much better. Oh and the decor looks like a diner, hub caps on the ceiling just plain weird.

The chips and salsa are very chips. The chips are very light and well salted and the salsa is super fresh and bursting with flavors of cilantro and jalapeño. Ate the chicken and steak fajitas everything wad the same as it started out of this world.Parking: Plenty of parking at easton by costco.

I wish I remembered our waitresses name she was so bubbly and sweet. We have a split plate of the Elvis plate and drinks and it was more than enough for two people. The chips are hot and fresh and the salsa and dip were great!! Definitely will try again if I run across this franchise again!
