Very disappointed about our experience here. I remember visiting Chuy's in Texas and the food being quite good, but not our experience here. Bland!! Service was also slow and food came to our table unexpectedly late.
Although our waitress checked up on us reasonably well, she did not come across as friendly or make sure we were satisfied with our food. The food had no taste. Everything was warm, but nothing had seasoning. It all tasted very bland. Would not come back

My wife and I have dined at Chuy's TexMex over a dozen times! The food is consistently YUMMY! Our daughter, and son-in-law enjoyed with us several times and we decided to have them cater their wedding for about 120 people... and the food, as well as the service, at the dinner reception was phenomenal! We have had everything on the menu at least once but my go to is the grilled shrimp tacos with beans, rice and boom-boom sauce... oh and the chips and salsa will not disappoint, unless you don't like chips and salsa. There is also i nice outside dining patio and fill bar with all kinds of adult beverages.
Wheelchair accessibility: Very wheel chair friendly inside and out... bathrooms are a little tight but manageable

We enjoyed everything that we ordered. The chips were the best we ever had. Salsa was outstanding. Appetizer was to die for. Margarita's were exceptional. Service was great. If you go there, ask for Theresa. She will take good care of you!

We went there as my niece came from out of town on Aug 31. We are their regular customer. We order enchiladas. We are strict vegetarian by born. As by our region we are not suppose to eat beef. They bring steak enchiladas.server was very rude as he start taking order. Even call him and told him about mixup. He did not say once SORRY . He was very rude, impolite, no customer service atticate at all. Bad thing is accidentally my son ate steak then he figure out it's not beans ..it's steak. This is totally not acceptable customer service. We made sure from beginning we are vegetarian so make sure no Mixup. Then he bring the Manager . He was nice enough to apologize but we all were very upset no one ate. This was the worst experience I have in my whole life.

Read some older reviews before visiting. Wondering if the bad reviews were doing a big rush. Food was very good. The chips are thin and crispy. Elvis platter was great. Queso was very good along with the spicy ranch dip. Very clean and staff was on top of it. Visited around 4 pm on a Friday. Would recommend.

Food is great but pathetic service. Came here Sunday evening and no one came for even after 15 mins for drinks. In fact my wife went to reception and mentioned in that time that no one has showed up yet and still no one showed up. We ended up walking out.
First time going. I enjoyed the food. Wish it was a little closer to home.

I like the food here and the service. I especially like the chips and salsa. The salsa tastes so fresh on the thin chips. Very good.
