Been to chuys in Dayton countless times - first time going to the Polaris location and it did not disappoint!
Let me start with our waiter - Adam - who is more than five stars in personality & taste! This man showed up, made us laugh, got me to change my die hard order ( taco bowl - with chicken ) to a cheese stuffed pepper with their delicious green chilie sauce off of the way he described it alone! Wasn’t pressuring at all just basically described the best sounding food ever and it did not disappoint. Only going back on the days he’s working the service was impeccable - atmosphere chill and fun - food was beyond delicious all fresh!

Atmosphere is casual. Food is excellent. Hatch pepper sauce was particularly good, delicious without being overpoweringly spicy. Top notch service despite being busy.

Had to ask for water three times before it arrived. Food tastes very good but two people in our party had some digestive issues post meal so probably won’t be back anytime soon.

I was not impressed with anything I ordered here. I got one enchilada, one chile relleno and tres leches cake for $23. The tres leches was $9+ and way overpriced. It is a huge serving but the actual dessert was not good. I’ve had much better. Will never order this again. In fact I really didn’t like the enchiladas. The relleno was ok. I just have no reason to return here for food. The creamy jalapeño sauce that they serve with the chips was the best thing I got and that came free with the meal. Also paid an extra 1.50 for queso on the relleno that I never got. And didn’t notice until I was home. Overall less than standard food. I really wish I could undo my decision and never know what this food tastes like.

I like the food here and the service. I especially like the chips and salsa. The salsa tastes so fresh on the thin chips. Very good.
Vegetarian options: I usually stick to the bean and cheese burrito.
