Food was amazing, prices were amazing, and there was this one girl who was behind the checkout both days I went there— she was so kind! Great place, hope it sticks around

Ordered 3 steak street tacos, 1 pastor street taco and a bowl of pozole off of Grubhub and everything was amazing and seasoned well. I just wish I could make the pozole spicier! I will be ordering from here

If I could give a negative review, I would. I called on Wednesday afternoon a little after 1pm. I wanted to place an order to pick up. I was greeted by a woman who was far too important to answer the phone and take an order. She immediately asked if I could order online. I could, yes, but I wanted to call as the online ordering required an account, etc. I just wanted lunch. She was frustrated with me calling and impatient. I get it. It's lunchtime, you're busy. If you weren't, that's a problem. I hung up and went elsewhere. There are so many places to eat and spend money in a competitive market like Columbus. As the first representative of a business, you can not afford to have an attitude with customers, especially new customers who want to have lunch at your restaurant. The food at Cinco's may be brilliant. Who knows? But the service is beyond failing.

My friend and I stumbled upon this place by accident. We were attending a summit at the nearby theater and broke for lunch. We were heading to a close by well-known taco spot, but the line was so long. A lot of us had the same idea, apparently. We decided to venture a little further out, aimlessly walking down High street and I noticed the sign and no wait. Bingo! Upon walking in, we saw the order kiosks and intuitively started entering our orders, thinking it might’ve been like a ghost kitchen or something. After placing the order, we followed voices to where we assumed people were waiting on their food. But boom, it was a whole restaurant and an order line/Cashier. Saw a pick up shelf, and was a bit confused whether they’d call us, or if we had to go to the Cashier to let them know we were here. We took our seats and shortly after, a friendly staff member came with our food trays. Perfect.I ordered a flour Street Taco and another but can’t recall the name, believe it was pork. Both were actually good. Nothing to really write home about, was average, but very tasty tacos. The pico was delicious, and fresh - enjoyed that. If I’m on that side of downtown, and the other taco place has a line - I’d definitely give this another try.

Wow! This place is NOT good. Service was slow. The tres Leches burrito was tastless and the portion was half of a Chipotle burrito. When I asked for extra toppings, I was informed that they aren't included. IT'S A BURRITO!! What do you mean I can't add lettuce, cheese or cilantro???I requested the medium salsa which was simply watery tomatoes. There was no jalapeno at all.I will not be returning to this restaurant.Save your money and go to Condado over on South High street.

To be fair, I ordered via GrubHub as an OSU student. I'm a San Diego, CA native, grew up in the barrio, and taquerias are one of the things I miss the most about home. Cinco's steak tacos absolutely remind me of the street tacos I'd get from Humbertos taqueria in my old neighborhood. Marinade is on point, guacamole is very fresh, and reminds me of both my neighborhood and the shops we'd visit in Tijuana. Thanks for the little piece of home!

I would have to agree with some of my fellow Yelp Elite fam that I was confused about where to park and how or where to order. I would say that this location is very conveniently located for those who work downtown or are staying in one of the hotels in the area. For someone like myself who does not live or work in the area, I would not see myself making the trip due to having to find parking. Once I was able to park, I was not sure if I were to go to the ordering kiosk or the front counter. I purchased food in addition to what we received for this event. I went ahead and placed the order, then went to the counter to check in. The staff was very friendly and I ordered the pork belly tacos and a quesadilla. Both were super tasty and offered fresh toppings like onions and cilantro. If I or someone I knew was in the area looking for a bite to eat I would highly recommend this spot.

The only bad thing I can say is the parking. The place is well lit. Food is pretty good. I have to pork belly tacos. You can order various ways when you come in. You have to kind of go to the right to find the place. Still not hard. Just look at the pictures and signs. If you go to the left. There's ordering station then you have to come around to pick it up. They do have a TV in as well. Lit plenty of seating. You can sit by a front window and look out if that's what you want. But again the only downside is the parking. It's not a place you just say. Hey guys, it's all meat down here because everybody's going to be scrambling trying to find parking cuz it's really not a lot. Maybe later in the evening it might be but they're not open long hours on Monday and I believe they close at 8:30 throughout the week so you would have to come down after 6:00 when all the work crowd is gone to. Hopefully find parking if you're coming in a large group of people

Walking into the building can be confusing as to which way to go. Thank goodness I had friends with me who had been there before. The staff was friendly and tried to be as quick as possible. I ordered the Birria Tacos and Guacamole with chips. If you've never had Birria before then these are for you. However, since I've had Birria elsewhere they were just average tacos. The consumé was more oily than soupy. Honestly, the best part was the Guacamole. After driving around for 20 minutes to find a parking spot, I was glad to have a decent meal.
