This was my first time trying Cinnabon. It was very average. I’m not sure I would return.

Huai, halima, and Noah are amazingggg. Even though we came at closing time, they still prioritized us and were kind and respectful. They heated up our cinnamon rolls even though they were cleaning up and closing. I recommend!!

The area manager Alex reached out to me after I had a issue with a lady that I spoke with over the phone and rectified my issues. He was very understanding and nice enough to offer free food which I greatly appreciate.
I fully understand some days are rough and people have emotions, but working in a restaurant or anything related with customer service you have to show nothing but smiles and be happy even if your having a bad day. And the fact Mr Alex Ferrero reached out shows me he values his customers and is a great individual. Thank you for reaching out and resolving the issue.

The icing was all over the box u could see fingers and everything box was to dirty didn’t want it anymore just take a sec and clean or wipe of the boxes at least

I’m having trouble understanding how putting six Cinnabon’s in a case and selling them to me would be $38 because they’re warm versus the $26 if they were still on the shelf. it should not make a difference when employees are casing new Cinnabon’s and I’m told that’s just the way it is.

I go to this location 2-3 times a week and Brittany is always there! She has amazing customer service and she always makes my coffee efficiently and it’s always delicious.

Ordered a vanilla iced coffee with cream. Once she made it, it was dark as ever. I asked for more cream and she didn’t know what i said and asked someone else. They hand me creamer packs that did nothing to the coffee. I asked for a refund due to poor quality. Just go downstairs to Starbucks.
