The store itself is wonderful, the children on the staff are sweet. But as a parent, I do not appreciate a manager leaving minors on their own. When I came into your store today there were no adults in sight. Leaving minors on their own can lead to very dangerous situations. Please do better Cinnabon.

I came to Cinnabon for a peaceful snack, not to be made uncomfortable by someone causing a scene. This loud woman in front of me wearing God knows what kind of makeup she kept saying for “extra icing like always,” as if she owned the place. I don’t care what people say, but I miss when cashiers had manners and looked like they belonged! I believe her coworkers asked for her and her name was amber or something

If you’ve never had Cinnabon before, here’s the easiest way I can explain it:

It’s warm.
It’s sticky.
It’s sweet in that “I needed this” kind of way.

Not fancy. Not trying too hard.
Just a cinnamon roll that actually delivers — especially when it’s fresh.



🌀 Here’s what makes it different:
• The outside’s soft with a tiny bit of crisp
• The swirl has real cinnamon flavor, not just sugar
• And the center? That’s the part people fight over — warm, gooey, and just barely holding together
• The icing melts in instead of sitting on top like glue

It’s not something you eat politely. It’s something you sink into.



📍 If you’re going to Easton:
This Cinnabon’s inside the main station building near the movie theater.
You don’t really find it — you smell it and follow your nose.

⏱️ Timing matters.
Try to get one that’s still warm. If it’s been sitting too long, the edges get hard and the middle goes gummy.
If that happens, microwave it for a few seconds — it’s not perfect, but it helps.



🥄 First time?
Get the Original Roll. Trust me.
If you’re feeling bold, the Caramel Pecan one adds crunch and sweetness, but the original is what makes people loyal.

• Usually a short line unless there’s a movie letting out
• Free garage parking next to it



Bottom line:

Huai, halima, and Noah are amazingggg. Even though we came at closing time, they still prioritized us and were kind and respectful. They heated up our cinnamon rolls even though they were cleaning up and closing. I recommend!!

This review goes from 1 star to 5 stars in a very professional and simple manner to turn something negative to positive. The area manager Alex reached out to me after I had a issue with a lady that I spoke with over the phone and rectified my issues. He was very understanding and nice enough to offer free food which I greatly appreciate.

I fully understand some days are rough and people have emotions, but working in a restaurant or anything related with customer service you have to show nothing but smiles and be happy even if your having a bad day. And the fact Mr Alex Ferrero reached out shows me he values his customers and is a great individual. Thank you for reaching out and resolving the issue.
