My family and I have been coming to this location for twenty years and the service and food has gone down tremendously. I hate to even say this, but this might help someone else spend their money on something that is actually good and useful…. We went to this Cinnabon today and we usually don’t because of the horrible service, but I ordered a Cinnabon anyways and it was extremely under cooked… it was so bad that I had to spit it out and then realize it was still in the form of dough. You could stretch it. The whole middle and bottom of the cinnamon roll was inedible.

We ordered 6 classics to go at 8PM. The people in front of us got fresh product and I saw fresh product in the case. The woman at the register walked to the back and grabbed a box. Drove home 15 minutes and we were given the driest, most stale rolls I've ever seen in 20 plus years from Easton. The MIDDLES were even dry! There was no good reason for this to have happened. Extremely disappointed.

Pecan bon was good. Served it pretty quick. I waited for my drink tho. It took awhile . Only two people working and one of the people was the baker.

I normally go to the Polaris Cinnabon, and have never had a bad experience.However, my first (and hopefully last) visit to the Easton location was pretty disappointing.The roll itself apparently did not bake long enough; some of the dough was still “pinched” or “flat” in appearance. I did not enjoy it very much, or even eat the whole thing. Quite a bummer since I only treat myself to this once every couple months. I feel that when a place has a small (specialized) menu, there should be even less room for error.Other considerations:- staff seemed uninterested and was not friendly (but that’s pretty normal)- I didn’t discover the undercooked product until I got home on the other side of Columbus. (Meaning that the lesson is to check the quality of your order before you leave if getting it to-go)- I gave them two stars because at least I got the correct item that I had ordered. (Standards are getting pretty low, eh?)- I regret leaving a cash tip.

Who doesn't love a large and fresh Cinnamon roll? I absolutely loveeeee Cinnabon. I do not eat them often, but when I do, I am not disappointed. I've learned they taste just as good heated up to eat later too. They are soft and have the perfect taste. You won't be disappointed. If you are, just give it to me ?. The cost of my large Cinnabon was $6. Its enough for two people, but it's so good I eat it myself in 2 sittings... sometimes one ??‍♀️.Customer service was good.

I stopped into cinnabon to get a delicious treat to suprise my wife after the movies and I met Alex across the counter. Alex was awesome, and it seemed he was just as excited as I was about there cinnamon rolls he served. I would say just his attitude and helpfulness that he is a huge asset to this location. Thanks Alex !

This is the second time I’ve been to this location. The first time the customer service was terrible. Today I went back for the second time and unfortunately they were so rude and made you feel like a bother for even ordering. Definitely don’t recommend.

I can't tell you the last time I bought a Cinnabon, but I wanted a dessert and it was right there. The staff were friendly and it was quick. I got a cup of the centers of the buns and while it was a similar price to the bun, it was a much more reasonable portion. They will heat your treat up if you ask.

Pathetic service. Three full trays of regular sized cinnamon rolls but they force you to buy their packs if you want more than two because they claim it’s two per customer. I could leave and come back and buy more. I don’t understand how you have a limit on how many cinnamon rolls someone can buy. Instead of paying 6 people to stand there and do nothing cook cinnamon rolls like you’re supposed to. I won’t be back.
