I asked for a Reese Dasher shake. It was made incorrectly. I asked the rude teenager. They said it was sto be made with Carmel. They were wrong! Peanut butter sauce was supposed to be used.

I would give a zero if I could. I thought I would stop by the Cinnabon store at the Polaris Mall this evening around 6:30pm. The girl waiting me was extremely rude. I feel like calling the health department. It was awful. Only to get raw dough & barely any cinnamon & now sugar at all. I asked the girl if I could have a least a dab of icing on the roll. She conveyed it would another $1.
Who does this? I was looking forward to coming home & having my cinnamon roll with a nice cup of tea. I might as well have thrown my money down the drain. I owned a business for 28 years & I can assure I wouldn’t recommend of never tolerated this kind of behavior from my employees. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to the Cinnabon store at Polaris Mall. Just awful!

My husband and I stopped by and got a regular Cinnabon and two churros to share one bite and we had to spit it out as it was not fully cooked. The churros were very try and did not taste very good.Was extremely disappointed.

Very poor service! I approached the counter waiting to be helped. I had to knock on the window to even get his attention. Finally, he proceeds to tell me he will be with me in a second then turns around to task again. Another minute or so goes by and he still tasking while I'm waiting. So I left!
I work in the mall too, I get it. Work needs done but customers come first.
I will be back, but not when he is working!

Service is was decent, though my Cinnabon didn’t taste super fresh. Yes, I could tell. It was like the buns were sitting there too long.

Went to buy 6 cinnamon rolls as we approached the counter they were placing a sheet of fresh out of the oven half dozen rolls. We asked if we could get those instead. The male cashier said yes but it cost $20 MORE DOLLARS to buy fresh out of the oven! WHAT?????? I asked if he was joking. He was not. WOW... horrible service...

I walked all the way from the food court to Cinnabon just for some hot water and they said they didn’t have any when I could clearly see it in the background. Not to mention there were only two people in the front walking back and forth like crazy people.
