Went to the Powell location, but they were out of what I wanted. Called Henderson location and they still had pulled pork. I raced down there and arrived at 8:30pm. Andrew helped me, he had spoken to me on the phone. Very nice, very helpful and reminded me about my $5 reward which I used. Score! Andrew was great.

Dietary restrictions: Arlington City BBQ always handles my gluten sensitivity really well! I appreciate their willingness to change gloves and take extra precautions when preparing my meal. Before eating a gluten-sensitive diet, the more cowbell with brisket was my favorite thing on the menu. While I can’t eat it on toast anymore, it’s still quite tasty without!

A great City bbq. Came here several times. City bbq always has fast and great service, and cheap and decent bbq meats. They have a self serve drink and sauce station, and receipt questionnaires to earn banana puddings.

This was the best BBQ in Columbus 10 years ago, but it is not anymore. The brisket is no longer moist and has too much baking powder flavor at the end (bitterness). The ribs are no longer baby back ribs; they are all spare ribs. They are so dry for the Tuesday deal, and a whole rack of ribs is also dry on other days. The BBQ sauces are still good, but they are not warm anymore. We are given cold sauces in small containers after the pandemic. The worst part is that they have opened too many branches in Columbus and have not maintained the quality. I have been a regular customer of City BBQ and tried at different branches, but it is so sad to see these changes :(
