Great Pasta. Top notch service and wine selection!

First time being here and it was amazing. Food was perfect and service was amazing.

We were excited to try Claudiana’s for a celebratory dinner and were terribly disappointed. We were at our table for 15 minutes before being greeted. The appetizer, desserts and drinks were fine, but our mains were disappointing. Steak was tough and everything looked as if it sat under the heat lamps for awhile before being delivered. I upgraded my side to parmesan risotto, which tasted like overpowering raw garlic. When I told the server that I didn’t care for it, she offered to bring me another side. I asked for a side of pasta. We were charged for both the upgrade to risotto AND for the pasta they offered to replace it with. It was shocking.

The most unprofessional behavior from any restaurant I have ever done business with. Buyer beware. If you want warm food and good service, go elsewhere.
Saturday night my district manager in Ohio hosted our annual holiday dinner at this restaurant. We had booked a party of 20. Unfortunately 8 of our employees canceled last minute due to various reasons. We were told by the owner in ear shot of several of our staff there would be a $3 charge per person who canceled. She said 50 people had canceled that night and she was losing money. Fine. The owner then said because a couple of our people were a little late, our party would be served last. She was true to her word and let my staffs food sit to make a point. They served everyone else first and our food came out cold. The waitress kept purposefully reaching in front of my district managers face when it was unnecessary to do so. All of the above could have gone overlooked. We paid the bill then the owner came back out with a bill for $270. She said she was charging $30 per person. Well first of all, we had 8 cancel so that would be $240. Second, she told us multiple times it was a $3 charge so it should have been $24. When my manager questioned the charge, the owner got loud and belligerent causing a scene and yelling at her in front of her staff and the other patrons. Multiple people turned their heads to see what was going on. It was rude and disrespectful and completely uncalled for. My manager finally just paid the bill and my staff left.
I’m in the business of customer service and if we treated our customers that way, we would not be in business for long.
Save your money and go somewhere the owner will value your business.

the service was not that great, my friend and i barely saw our waitress the entire time. our appetizer took 45 minutes to come out and our bread came out almost an hour after we placed our orders. a couple who got sat next to us, 20 minutes after we were sat, got their entrees, appetizers and bread before we did. i also found A HAIR in my lasagna that was certainly not mine. i expected for my entree to be taken off the bill since i only had two bites and found a hair in it, but i still had to pay for it. we spent way too much money on an awful experience and i really regret coming here.

Hands down some of the best, most authentic Italian cuisine Columbus to offer. Everything is from scratch. The only thing better than the food is the family that owns it.

I haven't changed my mind yet... There is NO better fettuccine than at Claudianas! It is so "light" and the Alfredo sauce is rich but not heavy. SO delicious, not to mention the staff. They go above and beyond to make your visit perfect.

Food was good, service was not.
For a finer dining restaurant, it seemed to be very casual, as well as formal. Couldnt really get a take of what the restaurant was after.
Server was very in attentive. Waited a long time for food and drinks. Bread came out after we finished our appetizer.
Food was good and may try again to see if we have a different Experiance, but wouldn't be at the top of my list, based on price and level of service/Experiance offered here.

This place is phenomenal. I work the service industry. I feel like I comprehend what the “dinning experience,” should be. And this establishment delivers that experience. Like the staff understands their assignment. Front of house and back of house. The owners are present. They True leaders and a great example of what work ethic is. Natasha introduces herself without announcing she owns the place. Very humble and graceful. Bruna took care of me. When she spoke to me I felt like I was in Italy. Literally saving me a plane ticket. The service is on point. The FOOD. OH MY GOODNESS. The FOOD IS DELICIOUS! Absolutely delicious. I can’t emphasize enough just how great the food tastes. EVERYTHING is delicious. I’ve been here a few times and finally chose to give them a well deserved review! I recommend anyone reading this to give it a try. I didn’t have a favorite restaurant until I left this establishment. Bravo to the entire team!

Made me obese

Bruna gave us excellent service. The ambiance was great, especially for conversation. The salads, meals and desserts were very tasty. The only critique has to do with the olives in the Aglio e Olio. A little too salty. Otherwise, delicious!

The food here was absolutely delicious, everything came quickly, and the cannoli was to die for. The atmosphere was very romantic with the dim lighting. Amazing gem in the polaris area. The butter that was given with the bread was amazing.
