Food took 30 minutes for no apparent reason (other orders were not taking as long). I ordered "Clucking hot" sauce on my wings which had a pretty low spice level.

I ordered the chicken tenders and fries. The fries were amazing but the chicken was greasy and squishy. I’m not sure if it was the batter but the chicken tenders were a little under cooked. I took the tenders home and place them in the air fryer to cook them a bit longer. I also ordered a burger and it was good! I was tempted to order the nachos but they didn’t have sour cream for loaded nachos! I will give them another chance as I understand all establishments have bad days!

This is the worst place to ever come to!!! Horrible customer service. The pregnant cashier was sooo rude. She did my order wrong and when I ask for the right order she didn’t want to correct it! PLEASE DONT GO

Took a really long time to get our order. I ordered the Cluck Pao chicken sandwich, but got the Black Belt BLT. I could have gone back to return it, but didn't want another long wait. Ugh! But both the sandwich and fries were good. Budd Dairy Hall is an awesome atmosphere!

The manager on duty and the man at the cash register made me feel extremely bad because I placed an online order. This was my first time ordering online. They were condescending and disrespectful because the order was messed up. I usually have no issues. However, because of this incident, I will NOT be back. It's a shame because I honestly love coming to this place.
