Somewhat overrated. Ordered the half chicken in soy garlic. It tasted good and was well prepared, but where are the chicken thighs? Drumsticks, wings, and tenders only. Thighs are the best part of the chicken. I also tried the seaweed rice balls and enjoyed those. I’ll try CM Chicken again, but won’t go out of my way to do so… I preferred Crispy Coop.

So I am pregnant and wanted to eat some food that I was craving I came here because of people raving about how good it is. The food was delicious the service not so much. I walk in and was stared at and then finally a guy came up to me and said what do you need and I stated a table for one he waved me on and sat me down as I am walking behind him he turns around almost bumping into me and doesn’t say excuse me at all. That should have been my sign to leave but i was so hungry so as i sit down i break down and cry as i was treated horribly. Not only that once he gave me my food he never checked on me again ! Worst experience and he needs to learn customer service skills bad. I was at table number 6 he stated. Worst experience I will not be back

Ordered delivery. They didn’t even cover up my food. Left the wings completely exposed to the driver. Did not tie the bag or even have the audacity to close the wing box they came in. Gross practices like this can only make me imagine what the health department would find here. YOUR ORDER FROM DOORDASH MIGHT AS WELL COME ON A PLATE

I placed an order through Yelp-Grubhub to pick up the food here, but they told me they don't have Grubhub? As a restaurant merchant, you should solve this problem no matter whether you have Grubhub or not. Instead of leaving it to me ,your customer to handle. There's no apology at all(At least say “sorry”), N0 EDUCAT10N, I will never come back!

Better than any other fried chicken you've tried. It's extra crispy. The chicken itself is very good. The sauce is incredible. Make sure to get the 'tikku style' (flame roasted after it is fried).

We've been going to the CM chicken down in Cincinnati for years and have enjoyed it. This CM chicken is more 'Korean' in the aesthetic sense, with 3/4 of the TV's playing Korean channels, with numerous KPop posters on the walls. Service was incredibly fast, good and authentic Korean flavors that remind us of being back at Thunder Chicken in Myeongdong. Pepper was wonderful, very attentive and kind. The locale is clean, although that busted men's bathroom door could use some work. Highly recommend!

It’s very disheartening that they don’t allow service animals into this building. I was looking forward to coming here with a friend later on in the day and they told me they weren’t allowed into the building because of their service animal, which is extremely unacceptable and illegal wanting to express my concerns here for anyone else who may have dealt with this situation in the past, hopefully they can fix it soon so that everyone can try their food

Amazing Korean style fried chicken with a variety of flavors to try. The chicken is flavorful and juicy, with plenty of meat on the bones. I particularly like the drumsticks because they are giant. I usually order takeout but I've enjoyed the dine in experience as well because my server was attentive and friendly. They can sometimes get really busy which will dramatically increase wait times, but I have always been apologized to for it. The restaurant has a sort of bar atmosphere and they sell lots of Korean alcohol. They play kpop music videos on TVs if you're into that.
Overall, an incredibly expensive place but sometimes you just want to treat yourself to some delicious fried chicken after a long day of work.
