I have worked out of CoHatch for coming on 2 years now. I rent a private office space in the Springfield location. We primarily chose CoHatch because I moved from the Central Ohio area with a private office in Dublin to outside of Springfield and wanted the convenience of being able to meet clients at various locations (mainly utilizing the Dublin and Easton locations).
The initial office I rented was a "3 person" office. The offices are small and it would have been able to comfortably fit 2 people. However, the AC in the summer couldn't keep up. It was easily 85+ degrees in the office during the summer with the door closed. Come to find out this was a known issue in the office that corporate refused to correct and they rotated new tenants through the office and then to a different one.
So they upgraded me for free to a larger office which was nice.
Since I've been there their community manager quit, and we were left without a full time community manager and no answers for months. It was extremely frustrating to not have answers. At the same time the lady who cleaned also left. She was there daily to handle the restrooms, once she left they brought a company in to clean, but they weren't there daily despite our location having a market that is open to the public (a different model than other locations). After having something in the bathroom smeared on the wall for over a week I complained through their complaint system, which was ignored until I followed up. There wasn't a real solution outside of being told they were working on it.
The other locations are consistently needing cleaned as well. I met a client who also happens to be a close friend at the Dublin location and she commented on overflowing trash cans in the kitchen and the overall disarray while we were trying to make tea.
I've had clients who are closer to me comment on the lack of professionalism at the locations.
At some of the locations you can hear whole conversations from next door tenants when you're in the meeting room. To the point if I'm in a virtual meeting my clients can hear it on their end and can hear whole conversations in the background.
Finally, a few weeks ago we had a bomb threat in Springfield directly across the street from CoHatch. Our community manager didn't let us know despite being aware of the issue. I found out after receiving a text from someone else and was able to leave before the bomb squad shut down some of the roads. This is something that as tenants we should have been notified of for the safety of not just those working in the building but also our clients. Our community manager was aware, she just chose not to walk to all of the offices and let us know or send out an alert to us via email or the app.
Overall the concept is great, but the execution is poor. For the premium prices they charge for private offices in comparison to other small office spaces they should have high quality standards for cleaning and maintenance. Instead you'll get a warm fuzzy welcome and a lot of excuses if something comes up. They employ very young staff members that don't have the experience to run a truly professional space. I'm assuming their leadership doesn't step in much as whenever I've mentioned issues it just gets routed back to their community managers who are just not equiped to handle issues. They don't have the experience or support from corporate (our first community manager was an exception).
If you are comfortable with dealing with a more thrown together and less professional feel the access to offices in other cities is extremely convenient. I also think their coworking membership pricing is reasonable especially when you get access to all of the locations. Outside of that it's not a place for private offices and to meet clients in a professional setting.

I never heard of this place until my cousin invited us out for a celebration. This is a perfect place to have a nice laid back get-together. It was very clean...plenty of space and I'm sure it's going to be even better once the weather warms up. If you are looking for a event space where you're in vincinity of shopping and other entertainment... this would be the spot to go💪🏿😊

Oh man, I love this place! We have used their large event room, The Meridian, for a series of lunch and learn events for the past couple of years, and it has been such a wonderful experience for us. The Community Managers are so helpful and friendly, and have solved all kinds of last minute problems for us. It's always set up perfectly, the tech is great, the space is wonderful, and people seem to really love being there... it's just such a pleasant space and fits a lot of people around discussion tables, which is great for our purposes. Would highly recommend!!!

Emily and Daisy are wonderful community managers. The Polaris space is amazing! Great place for small collaboration and big meeting space. It's a great idea for repurposing an Irish Pub. I love working in this space

I recently hosted our family reunion at COhatch Polaris, and I couldn't be happier with our choice! The venue was absolutely perfect for our gathering. The spacious layout provided plenty of room for activities, and the welcoming atmosphere made everyone feel at home.
The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. The amenities were top-notch, and the location was convenient for all our family members.

She explained how this Space can be used for a variety of business meetings including and up to A Family Reunion, which was going on at the time we were exiting at the time.! I am also impressed with the many amenities that are additionally available!! But among the other localities in this area, this was definitely dynamite! I can’t wait to share the good news story with all my Small Business Owners and other individuals looking for to Hold Space. There was a brief bit of a pause by the door access to the Meridian, but I am sure that can be explained easily for future guests or upon request

We have multiple offices at the CoHatch Polaris and also enjoy hosting events in the common areas and conference rooms. So many options for different type of events! The management staff, Daisy and Emily always go above and beyond to make sure our needs are met. Always friendly and pleasant! Highly reccommend!
