First off, the ice cream was delicious (and that is admittedly what you come here for :) Not runny, but still creamy and with great flavor. The downside to this location is that they have very little seating (indoor or outdoor) and the store was not as clean as I would have liked. It had smudges on the glass, some trash on the floor, and a broken ice cream cone on the sidewalk in front of the entrance. To give the benefit of the doubt, we visited on National Ice cream Day so perhaps they have been busy all day, but they certainly were not swamped when we stopped by.

The bathroom looked like it has never been cleaned ever. The sink had a black film on it and the toilet was 1000x worse.floor had tissue and other clutter on it. (Today is a slow Monday bye the way)We will not be back makes me feel like what else is dirty. Keeping a clean bathroom in a restaurant speaks values.

Got the Going Bananas for jello Pudding & no one lays a finger on my butterfinger. They both tasted awful, like old ice cream. The banana one was very fake and artificial tasting, and the other one had stale butterfinger in it. Way overpriced to be this gross. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Estella was horrible. When we walked it, it was two people. Estella and another girl who went to start prepping. Neither spoke as we entered. That was the red flag that should have turned us away. I smile, to Estella who acted as if she didn’t see it. Her response was are you ready in a cold manner. I asked for a moment as we reviewed the menu. The little one placed the order she ignored her, so I spoke up assuming she didn’t hear her. I hate to repeat several times that we wanted a regular waffle cone, even pointed at what we wanted. The only time she smiled is when she was checking out the lady’s boyfriend standing to next when she thought she had his eye. Once he didn’t smile, she looked him over and his girlfriend over. The attitude got worse once she realized I caught it. The girl and her boyfriend walked towards us. Estella must of thought this was her time to try again in the middle of her check-out. They turned to walk back to the other end when the other host started helping them. She smiled again at the man as he turned the other way and she decided to follow. I’m still waiting for my receipt. Once she realized he was completely ignoring her, she decided to ask me if I needed my receipt. I confirmed and said thank you. She still said nothing. I decided this is when I was going to leave my review. Checking out other reviews, I see having horrible customer service is nothing new for this place.
