I made a mistake when ordering, and did pick up instead of delivery. They have no way to cancel/edit your order once it is made, and there is no way to contact them. I finally found a phone number that I thought may have been for their headquaters, but what I got was some weird automated message about personal medical devices and how I won a free one for calling, so I don't think that is their number.
