Cockroaches EVERYWHERE. Dirty. We felt disgusting just being there. Smells like stale cigarettes and must. Tv remote didn’t work. Beds dirty. Towel rack broken and left on the toilet. As I was eating at the desk in the room a small cockroach crawled onto my wrapper and food! We left immediately. We were only there 45 minutes. Went to a different hotel and showered immediately. How this has 3 stars is beyond belief

Stay somewhere else. Seriously not worth the money you think you're saving. The room was outdated and didn't appear maintained or cleaned properly at all. Musty smell in both the lobby and the room. Was greeted with fruit flies almost as soon as we entered to room. We got in late and just needed somewhere to rest before driving home. Screaming children and other guests slaming doors throughout most of the night. Definitely would never stay here again.

This place smells terrible for one. It smells like mildew and cigarettes. The rooms are out dated. The staff is very rude. The shower curtain looked like it had a blood stain on it. The shower itself was gross and had cracks in it. The price is cheap for a reason. Also they do not have breakfast as posted. I wasn’t going to eat but I thought I’d ask and of course they lied about that. We ended up sleeping in the parking lot in the car. Trust me don’t stay here

DO NOT BRING CHILDREN HERE FOR MANY SAFETY REASONS.This is the worst hotel my husband and I have ever been in. The hallways and the room itself were filthy. There were burn marks on the linens and the electrical sockets were half falling out of the walls and wires were dangling.There were several mouse traps in our room, one of which was, well, "filled" and it was clear that it had been there for quite some time. To add to that, there were mouse droppings all over the bathroom and other traps were filled with insects.The parking lot had several used needles strewn about and their users congregated around the abandoned former Chi Chi's next door.We will definitely be reporting them to the local Health Department and Better Business Bureau. This hotel is unsafe and not fit for any sort of habitation. Please, keep kids away from here.
Avoid! Multiple pest traps in rooms that contained mice and cockroaches. They looked like they had been there for some time, too. Mouse droppings in bathroom. Absolutely disgusting!Our bedsheets also had cigarette burns in them. We were given a room that had a jacuzzi in it that was broken and constantly dripping water.I have no idea how this place has a three-star rating. The place is a dump, and is not in a great area. My wife and I stayed here after a concert, thinking that we had just scored a good deal via HotWire. How wrong we were! This is hands down the worst hotel service that I’ve ever experienced.

I thought the room could have been a little nicer all the way measure although it was not at all terrible and I seen bugs call coaches specifically and another one I don't remember what it was but the people app front and the desk this could have been more informative but in a pinch it's a good place to stay in the pinch

you can tell the owners dont want to put any money into this place they just want to over charge people. The rooms are horrible nothing works properly not even the vending machines work and its very dirty and its hot and stinks in the hall ways and rooms. also false advertising it says online they have free breakfast well they dont and its too overpriced ive stayed at better hotels for less dont waste your money here I will never come back to this trashy hotel they should get shut down and reported to the BBB

The staff is not polite at all the rooms are very outdated cobwebs everywhere looks like bullet holes in the walls burn holes all over the carpet the room smells like sex when I had walked in there's black rings around the tub will not be coming back there is no breakfast like an advertisers online!

OK, so expectations low based on price and location. Looking forward to the breakfast buffet based on some reviews and photos on hotels.com. No such thing. No coffee, no mini fridge, etc. I saw no fitness center, but my #1 criteria was met, parking for a truck and 46' trailer. However, for $65 a night all in, I have little to complain about. ROmm was clean, the bedding decent, good wifi, though not secure, and staff was present. I cannot imagine in a conference here, there are no food facilities. This may have been a conference center in the 70s, but the name is absurd. "Grand", Not so much. Bottom line: Good value, but don;t expect the hilton. Based on reviews it was as expected, other than the breakfast buffet!!
