Funnel cake was old and hard and cold. The lemonade somehow was filled with sugar at the bottom but still tasted like nothing.

They offered to reshake the drink and it still tasted terrible with grains of sand unmixed. When I asked for a refund the main employee got mad and gave me an attitude trying to ask for a receipt when I was just there 2 seconds ago. Luckily the other employee vouched for us.

Still, the one giving the refund had an attitude and all but threw the money back at me.

they gave us a cup of sugar packed with ice. almost no lemons to be found. felt like i was drinking a cup of sand. they also gave cold piece of undercooked dough as a “funnel cake”. then the girl at the register got all mad and started huffing & puffing when we asked for a refund. like girl chill out. don’t give out bad quality products and expect people not to ask for refunds.

Would give no stars if I could, terrible company all the way around worked with them, they mishandled food, over seasoned, under seasoned, overcooked! Left food sitting out not properly stored. Nothing was served at proper temp. Very disrespectful staff and owner. I see now why they gave up fair contact. Not only the way they treat there staff but the audacity to put out "That Food" @ that price. Do Not Eat there let alone work for these con artist. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!

$15 roast beef sundae with canned roast beef? ?

5 Stars to all the people who had to deal with that horrible group on Saturday. I don’t know that I could of held my composure as well as these employees did.. Kudos!!!
