Ate here on Black Friday. The food was great came out fresh and hot. Got the fight night margarita deal. Destiny waited on our table she did a wonderful job dealing with the Black Friday madness, efficient and hard working. It filled up quick got really crowded really fast or we would have stayed and had a few more drinks. Was a good experience overall will be going back on a day it’s not so busy.

I will start by saying this review is not intended for all locations, but specifically the Easton one. We’ve had no issues at the Polaris location and love the food!
My husband, son, and I walked into the restaurant at 3:45pm on Friday and were quickly greeted by the bartender and he sat us at our table. After this… we got no service. There were only four other tables occupied in the restaurant; two already had food and one was at least served drinks and appetizers. I was unable to see about the fourth one. There were at least two waiters (if not more) working, neither of which even acknowledged our table. One walked by and excused himself to squeeze by… so we were at least SEEN, outside of the bartender. There were numerous other staff around, either behind the bar or handing out food/drinks. More staff than patrons… but no one ever showed up. We tried to be patient but after sitting for 30 minutes with a one year old who was then starting to get upset (hungry and bored at this point), we had to walk out. On our way out, there were FIVE staff members standing at the greeting counter… none of which said anything as we left.
I could have understood if it had been busy but to have that many staff on hand and completely miss that someone has been seated but not served (in view of the bar too) just shows me that the staff on at the time were either unprofessional, uncaring, oblivious, or a mixture of these things. Very disappointed as we’ve had great service at other locations.
