It was my first time at The Boat House, and our experience exceeded all expectations. The drinks were expertly crafted, full of flavor and beautifully presented. The caviar frites topped with smoked trout roe and crème fraîche were absolutely unforgettable, and the East and West Coast oysters paired with a pink champagne mignonette were equally divine. The bartenders were incredibly accommodating, happy to mix up any cocktail you could imagine, and our server was outstanding—knowledgeable about every ingredient, mindful of allergies, and full of thoughtful recommendations. We also indulged in a seafood tower featuring lobster tails, snow crab, oysters, shrimp crudo, and shrimp cocktail—totally worth every penny. The ambiance was stunning and elevated the entire experience. Highly recommend checking it out! !
This was our first time visiting The Boat House. We had heard they recently reopened after a remodel and wanted to check it out. I'm so glad we did because it was a great experience! The restaurant is beautiful and has one of the BEST views I've ever experienced in Columbus. The food was great and the service was above and beyond belief. We will definitely be going back again and again.
Returning to this location after it had been closed for a couple years, it was quite disappointing seeing how the venue was basically cut in half and the interior of it also seemed very lackluster. The food was very underwhelming, but the service was very nice.
The food was excellent. The service above and beyond. We really enjoyed the experience and will return soon.
The food at our Pastor's Anniversay event was unacceptable. They
obvioulsy had some issues in the kitchen. The sweet poatatoes came from a can and the turkey was cut into large chunks from a can. I have been to many events at The Boat House and was very disappointed in service and food.
One of the best views of the Columbus Skyline. A few walking/bicycle paths pass through here.
Love the food, views and staff.

The renovation of the bathrooms in November is not OK. No one wants to go outside to go to a port-a-potty.
