The product is great, customer service is non-existent.
I ordered cookies 6 weeks in advance of delivery. I wanted to ensure that before the holiday rush, my cookies could be planned accordingly so my gift recipient would get them on time. Despite my due diligence, my cookies were delivered 3 DAYS LATE.
I reached out to the company, asking what happened when I did everything I could do to ensure they were on time - NO RESPONSE. So due their no response, I'm writing this review so others know how they operate.
Very sad because the product is actually good. But with zero customer service, I can't give any kind of a good rating.

I used Cookies Bouquets to create 8 bouquets for a rehearsal dinner. Tylur was very easy to work with and hit every deadline that we needed hit.We gave specific instructions on what we wanted each cookie to look like in the bouquets and the mockup was ready as scheduled. The cookies were produced exactly as they were depicted in the mockups.The bouquets were ready for pickup on the day and time that I requested. Everything was already put together for us and everything was securely packaged for our 650 mile drive with the product. Everything bouquet made it to the tables intact. We were given some extra cookies just in case we needed to replace something that may have broke on the trip.To top everything off, the bouquets looked great and the cookies tasted great. I could not be more happy with our overall experience with Cookies Bouquets. I highly recommend them.

I had an extremely positive experience from the very beginning. Dinene helped design cookie bouquets for my sons rehearsal dinner . Each bouquet was bubble wrapped and made it safely to our out of state destination. The cookies tasted delicious and they were top notch with the wedding theme that we asked for . Dinene was very prompt on getting back to us and helped us design each cookie . The bouquets were a huge hit and we will definitely recommend Cookie Bouquets.

currently: placed an order on 3/23 for delivery 3/25, and it was not delivered. I have emailed via their site, called, and no response as of yet. Double checked the address, all is correct. I know it's only been a day, but it's already a day late...and no response is not good customer service IMO. ijs.

I received one of these cookies at work and the cookie itself was dry and crumbly and no true flavor and the icing was aweful. Will NEVER recommend this to anybody!
