I used Cookies Bouquets to create 8 bouquets for a rehearsal dinner. Tylur was very easy to work with and hit every deadline that we needed hit.We gave specific instructions on what we wanted each cookie to look like in the bouquets and the mockup was ready as scheduled. The cookies were produced exactly as they were depicted in the mockups.The bouquets were ready for pickup on the day and time that I requested. Everything was already put together for us and everything was securely packaged for our 650 mile drive with the product. Everything bouquet made it to the tables intact. We were given some extra cookies just in case we needed to replace something that may have broke on the trip.To top everything off, the bouquets looked great and the cookies tasted great. I could not be more happy with our overall experience with Cookies Bouquets. I highly recommend them.

The potential is there but the execution is not at all worth your time and money. We were really looking forwards to our cookie order for our corporate office employees and were excited when we place the order. Time told the story of how this company has no idea what is going on nor do they know how to tell the truth. We were told cookies were shipped when they hadn't been, they were able to fulfill our request and then suddenly, they weren't, then our cookies ironically had shipped, and no refund was applicable due to them already being in the mail, yet we were receiving the wrong cookies in the mail. The order was placed on January 12th, 2023, to be delivered February 13th, 2024. This company was given over a months' notice to our order. While in contact with a sales representative on January 12th, 2023, we were told to put special instructions for HEART SHAPED cookies. We were never told that they do not supply Valentines Day special cookies, we were not told that they would not be able to supply our special needs within a month. We received a phone call on February 8th, 2024, to inform us that we do not get to have our heart shaped Valentines Day cookies because they did not have any at the time. When given a months' notice and instruction to do so, it is the within the companies' duty to fulfill this job for the customer. While on the phone with customer service, we were told they do not have heart shaped cookies, we cannot cancel our order, and they were overwhelmed with orders. Checking the website gave us all the answers we needed as to what the core value of this company is. The website not only shows a variety of heart and bear shaped cookies in baskets, but also notes that orders cannot be canceled once items are shipped. During the time of trying to cancel our cookies, they were not shipped. Therefore, the website is selling false hopes and false information. We were also told that our 85 cookies would NOT be individually wrapped, which made us go out of our way to buy enough Valentines Day bags for each cookie. To tie all these inconsistencies together, our cookies did come individually wrapped. If this company cannot handle a vast number of orders as well as multitasking, they do not need to take on a vast number of orders. Due to this company taking over more than they can handle, our cookies were placed together at a faster pace that landed us with ink all over the packaging and a couple broken cookies. An all-over inconsistent experience and inconsistent items. They are selling their customers mediocre items as well as mediocre service. Not only was our experience frustrating, but it was also dishonest and degrading. Save your time and money and go work with an actual small business. This was a waste of our time and energy. I cannot emphasize to go with a different company more.

I rate this business negative 10 stars. My aunt sent me the Golden Dots Gift Trio. It was so horrible. I can't tell her because she would think it was her fault that this Cookie Bouquets package was garbage. The cookies tasted stale and had too much sugar. I couldn't taste any butter or vanilla. I ate a bite from two of the cookies and then threw the rest away. They looked pale. The Caramel Turtles tasted like they were rolled in salt. The pecans were stale and the caramel was dry and gritty. The items in the boxes are simple, easy to make cookies and candy, yet Cookie Bouquets found a way to ruin the most basic cookies and candies.

I called on may 10th to confirm my order would be received by Mother's Day the 14th. I was told yes it would get there on Saturday or Sunday. I placed the order online and received a confirmation email from FedEx that said estimated delivery May 13th. I then received another email from FedEx that said delayed and wouldn't receive it May 15th. I emailed Cookie Bouquets and also left a voice mail asking for a refund on the shipping because the order wouldn't get there till after Mother's Day. I received a call back and was told it was in transit and looked like it would be delivered on Sunday, if it wasn't received by Sunday to call back. I called today because the cookies didn't arrive yesterday and was told sorry, there is nothing they could do because my receipt says estimated delivery May 15th. Taylor wouldn't refund me my shipping costs and didn't offer to accommodate me in any other way. Not the best customer service.

Each bouquet was bubble wrapped and made it safely to our out of state destination. The cookies tasted delicious and they were top notch with the wedding theme that we asked for . Dinene was very prompt on getting back to us and helped us design each cookie . The bouquets were a huge hit and we will definitely recommend Cookie Bouquets.

They were quick with replying after I asked for different photos for each cookie and let me know if something needed to be adjusted - they did their part and got them shipped out quickly and even with the fedex delay, they made it on her birthday and they were soo awesome!
