**It has now been four weeks and still no one has corrected this issue. Phone calls go unanswered as well as emails. They even mentioned sending coupons to my mom and we never saw those either. The money has still not been returned to her account and no one has followed up with her on the issue. The competence and unprofessionalism has been astounding. We used to love this establishment but now they have completely dug themselves in the dirt. I will make sure to share this awful experience with anyone who mentions dining at Coopers Hawk. As a former restaurant manager I am appalled and disgusted by the lack of care, especially to someone who has been so loyal to the company.**My mom has been a Cooper’s hawk wine member for years and we have always enjoyed coming here. Two weeks ago we came for lunch and when it came time to pay the waitress asked if we wanted to use the card on file for my mom’s account. I told her no and handed her my credit card. She charged my card, I signed off on the tip and the receipt and we left. Later that day we realized not only did they charge my card, they also charged my mom’s card on file TWICE. For the last two weeks we have tried to call to get the money refunded on my mother’s account to no avail. We have waited on hold only to speak to someone who claims they will look into it but who still hasn’t resolved the issue. We have spoken to numerous different managers but have not once gotten a call back and when we speak to someone new they have no note of us ever calling. We were charged three times for one bill. No manager seems to be competent enough to correct this issue and worse than that is that no one seems bothered enough to actually rectify the issue. They have told us repeatedly it can take seven to ten business days for it to be fixed, however it’s been fourteen days now since our original call. We have always been big fans of this location and especially their food and service, but this has absolutely changed our tune and will impact whether we return or recommend this establishment to anyone else. A very disappointing experience.

Food was decent but they were severely undermanned. Service took forever, getting our bread, drinks, food, bill...all were in the 15-20 minute range - EACH.The servers were nice but spent more time on the party of 8 than our party of 4.Decent but a huge hassle for the price.

such an amazing experience. our server was alaynee and she gave me the absolute best time . it was my birthday so we just came in for drinks and truffles and she was on top of everything . she even sang me happy birthday which made the visit even better!! will definitely be back and asking for her!

We came for lunch. Was seated immediately. No reservation on a Wednesday. Alaynee was our server. She was outstanding. Recommended both wine and food that was delicious. She was very attentive to our needs. We are members and have never had a dish we didn't enjoy. Cooper's Hawk is a win every time.
Excellent food, great wine. It's always busy inside for tastings, and there is no organization to get people served in the irser they arrived, which is something we have seen from other wineries that offer tastings. That is a major downer.

This visit started off rocky; after being seated, we waited 15 minutes and no one had even greeted us. A quick mention at the hostess stand, and that all changed. The manager Keith came and attended to our initial wine order, and let us know of a miscommunication with the server. Thereafter, our server Nadica came and apologized profusely and was attentive, personable and professional. Keith later came back and we had a nice chat about tastings and their in-house sommeliers. We had a great (late) lunch. The over the border eggrolls are a favorite of ours, and we tried the trio of medallions - they were excellent and prepared exactly to order. In the midst of wines we tasted, my wife and I shared a bottle of Carne Rosso Cabernet Sauvignon, which was excellent. Overall, this ended up being an excellent time and experience for my wife and me.
