Excellent experience. Staff were friendly and professional, answered my questions about options on the menu and prepared my bowl generously and with care. Restaurant was clean and food was fresh. They even just finished grilling my chicken before adding it to my broth bowl. The girl with the mushroom ? earrings made my bowl. Very kind, polite and helpful. Thank you! ??
Update 10/4/22: After having been offered a replacement bowl for my poor experience (thank you btw), I came around 4pm on purpose (after the lunch rush and before the dinner rush) to see if the tofu tasted fresh. It appears that my feedback helped because as you can see from the photo, the tofu wasn't hard and chewy. I enjoyed the salad much more this time. I'll come back a few more times to ensure the tofu is always fresh. I've updated my rating from 1 star to...
