This team was absolutely INCREDIBLE and we cannot say enough good about them. After having major issues with a previous caterer, we called their office panicking to see if they could help us for our wedding, which was only three months away at that point. They took us in, and comforted us and truly made us feel like everything was going to be okay. AND IT WAS! Jayne, Enzo, Joshua and the entire kitchen and serving team went above and beyond throughout the entire process, not just the night of the wedding. They helped us make last minute changes to our tables, accommodate allergies, and they even attended multiple meetings with our venue and wedding planner to make sure we wouldn’t have to worry about a thing. The tasting was great, and we were allowed to bring up to four people including us! They took care of table placement, movement and turnover, and all of the trash and kitchen cleanup. We also got at least a dozen compliments about their bartending staff and how they recognized faces and remembered orders. We never had an empty hand; Joshua was always refilling our drinks and checking in! Every person on their team was so detail-oriented and helped us with so many little things that weren’t catering related, just to make sure we had a smooth night. We truly think Creative Cuisine made the difference in our wedding and made it go from organized chaos to smooth sailing.

On the day of the wedding, we didn’t have to worry about logistics for setup, teardown, bartending, or food serving because we could trust that Creative Cuisine would take care of it. Our leftover cake even got left behind in the venue’s fridge, and Jayne got it back to us after the wedding! Because we got family style and all food was served, we weren’t able to get leftovers of the food and it had to be thrown away per their policy. We wished we knew this ahead of time so we could have brought to go boxes for the guests, but this was our only qualm. The food tasted even better than our tasting and guests are still talking about how delicious it was months later!

They left a plate on the side after the ceremony for those that were going for pictures. Dinner was a hit. We did buffet style and you knownrhe food is a hit when people go back for seconds. The Lo mein and black berry jalapeño were a hit. They also provided tea for a brief tea ceremony, which made it another thing that we didn't have to worry about after photos. They also boxed up the leftovers compared to other caterers that I've seen that just take the food away. My fiancée and I tried for weeks to contact them to cater our wedding, and eventually got to speak with someone. They were extremely unprofessional (failed to call us twice) and to call them unresponsive would be an understatement.We sent numerous emails, texts, and called the direct line to see if there were other people to talk to regarding booking them. This was all to only find out the individual we were trying to contact was the director of sales, Josh.0/10. We couldn't even book a sampling. It took them weeks to send me a half-effort contract. Go somewhere worth your money.

Creative Cusine catered the food for our daughter's wedding and the food was exceptional - second to none!!! Space doesn't allow me to list all of the great food items we purchased but highlights include the Butternut Squash Ravioli, Italian Brushetta Chicken, and Teriyaki Sirloin. My friends and family are still raving about the food several days out. They also worked with us to assure gluten-free meats and non-meats could be offered. No regrets in using them for our wedding.
