Crimson Cup Coffee & Tea

Beans ordered from Crimson Cup served in Piketon are burnt. I'd say you all need look at the product before sending it out. Can see many burnt beans in with the dark roast. Nice charr flavor to my coffee (I didn't look in the hopper before they made my cup). I'd look at quality controll.

The store is so pretty and the food and drinks were so delicious.

Beautiful decor & layout! Loved the seated barstool area ✨ ☕️ was soooo fresh! Having desserts from chubby bunny bakery ? is so amazing! Being able to enjoy a snack while you’re out and about while being gf & df is so hard! Being able to have these choices is so refreshing! Thank you

These dark, cold days of winter are often brightened by the kindhearted artistry of the baristas at Crimson Cup. The lattes are lovely and the oatmeal cookies are warm. The masked smiles of Rachel and Melissa so often cheer me. Lucky are we, who frequent Tallmadge’s finest coffee establishment inhouse, by app, or while visiting the drive-thru.

Crimson Cup is a great place for quick coffee and food! The service is always top notch and helpful. Just a little constructive criticism, the black bean veggie sandwich is a bit bland and dry, and needs some type of freshness. I had asked for a sauce but was informed there weren’t any. So, I took it home, reheated it and added guac and tomatoes, and it made a world of difference. Just a suggestion! Keep up the great work.

THE PRODUCT IS GOOD. THE LOCATION IN CLINTONVILLE IS OK, BUT THE MANAGER TRULY LOOKED LIKE A HOMELESS PERSON . THE YOUNG LADY AT THE WINDOW NEVER SAID THANK YOU WHEN SHE GAVE ME MY COFFEE. HE ALSO NEEDS SOME VERY INTENSE CUSTOMER RELATIONS TRAINING. MY FRIEND AND I SAT ON THE PATIO IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING FOR TWO HOURS, NOT KNOWING THAT THE DOOR WAS WHERE WALKIN CUSTOMERS PICKED UP THEIR COFFEE. NO PROTOCOL INSTRUCTIONS ON SOCIAL DISTANCING ON THE BUILDING. HE CAME OUT AND TOLD US WE HAD TO MOVE , WHILE HE LITERALLY STARTED MOVING THE TABLE WHILE WE WERE STILL SITTING . I ADMIT I LOST MY TEMPER AND SAID THINGS THAT WERE NOT NICE. I GOT THIS CHILL DOWN MY SPINE . A TOUCH OF RACISM I AM INDIAN AND MY FEMALE FRIEND IS WHITE. THERES ALWAYS THAT TWINGE IN THE GUT THAT YOU GET WHEN A CAUCASIAN PERSON GOES OUT OF THEIR WAY TO BE NASTY. I WILL BE EMAILING CORP. AND WILL NOT GO BACK TO THE HOUSE THAT LURCH BUILT. THE PRESIDENT OF STARBUCKS KNOWS ABOUT HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE OF DIFFERENCE.

Joe at Crimson Cup kindly met with us for a Roasting Fundamentals class. He taught us different roast profiles on the sample roaster, and how different origins and bean processing impacted the roast. Afterward, we cupped the results. Using the sample roaster, plus learning from Joe's vast knowledge and expertise was a wonderful experience. He went out of his way to accommodate us and we walked away with some awesome samples and Crimson swag. Wonderful experience.

Attended Coffee ColLab in 2018 and it was a real treat. The lab does some pretty cool stuff and all things related to coffee. They also offer educational classes on coffee

I don’t buy coffee much but it seemed good to me. I got it 2 different days at a conference. Staff seemed helpful.

What a wonderful facility for teaching about coffee. If you have a chance to register for their class, give it a shot. They do a great job of teaching about where coffee comes from and the sustainability practices involved. The staff was very knowledgeable and cordial. This place is where the roasting (I believe they have larger roasting facility down the street), training, and R&D occurs and is NOT a Crimson Cup Coffee shop. This is the place that supports the Crimson Cup Coffee shops.

Thank you so very very much for making our "Christmas with Santa Breakfast" perfect for our patients as we served them Crimson cup coffee! We had several patients and friends comment on the coffee so much that day as to just how wonderful your coffee is, that Merion Village dental is going to serve Crimson cup to our patients on a daily basis in 2018!
