Chain coffee shop. This particular location shares a corner building with a credit union. The parking lot is always full. They have a drive thru which is what I usually go to. Today I decided to go inside and this is what I found the shop to be: Dismal interior decorating. Its dark and dreary inside. Its clean, well staffed. The seating isn uncomfortable. No comfy sofas. Most of the people there were using their computers and there for the long haul so there were zero tables for us to enjoy our coffee so we ended up drinking in our car which wasn't how we planned this excursion. I should state: I do like crimson cup coffee. I wanted to try something other than coffee so I ordered a chai latte. It was overly sweet. Wasn't impressed. Husband ordered medium roast coffee. He wanted dark roast... they were out. All in all, this trip in was not the worst, but far from the best.

This is ok. Cheaper than Starbucks but still a little pricey. The workers weren't very nice, kind of rushy. They were quick but not friendly.

Not enough syrup varieties for mochas and lattes. Peppermint syrup should be available year around and not just as a quaint Christmas time flavor.

Drink sat in the window for 5 minutes while I waited in drive through . The lady who rung me out was cleaning casually and the one who made it kept passing by the window smiling at me and doing nothing. Either not all there or on purpose. It was dead too. Someone needs to take ownership and just simply hand people their drinks.. either call the person who isn’t doing their job or do it yourself.. its not that hard.
This coffee shop is absolutely wonderful! I hadn't had crimson cup coffee in many years and I recently moved near this one and was so excited to try it out. The service was great. Every time I visit they have great customer service! The drinks are good.. especially my new favorite which is the Mayan mocha with oatmilk. I definitely recommend this coffee shop to any coffee/latte lover, you won't be disappointed ;)
