My favorite cookie is the mallow sandwich cookie and it’s the only cookie that gets me going to crumbl now. I got it today but the the cookie was too hard and brittle. Usually the cookie is yes, cold, but chewy. Which is why I like it. This time it was stale hard not cold hard. And when I I went inside to ask for a different one the employee told she wouldn’t trade it for a different one because it’s a cold cookie and that’s how it will be. I wasn’t trying to be difficult I just know that this wasn’t because it was cold, this wasn’t normal. Personally, why not just trade the cookie and prove yourself right if it really will be the same instead of refusing to help the customer idk 🤷🏻♀️ I was surprised like what do she have to lose? feel like I wasted gas and money, I’ll try to call customer service and get a refund.
