I prefer my Boba teas featuring tea to be very tea-apparent. I enjoyed my green grape refresher was full of fresh fruit. The creme brule beverage I got had crystallized sugar in it so the mix or sugar used wasn't well incorporated and I couldn't taste any tea. Perhaps my choices of beverage were not the best, but the sago that was added was also really mushy and had no bite at all. It was overall just okay. Given the parking situation and location, student would likely frequent this place, but I would go elsewhere. If I returned again I would likely only pick fruit teas as the creamy tea I picked was just too much like a thin milkshake.

I love their milk bubble teas. Adjusting sweetness is great. Milk and tea balanced very well, neither of'em over powering each other. Plus, their Cup is very sturdy and cute.

Worst experience! I placed the order through Hungry Panda. It showed the order would be delayed for one hour. I tried to contact the store three times before requesting the refund. They just hang up my phone three times. Then someone contacted me to pick up the order and told me they hang up the phone because I was speaking Chinese. Ridiculous! The first call they started from 你好, and I followed with Chinese. For the last two calls, I used English but they hang up the phone directly.

The workers at this store are so nice. I was there with my daughter and friend and while we were waiting for my friend's drink order, the worker made a drink on the house and gave it to my daughter! Definitely recommend this place as my friend liked her mango sago drink and the free yakult lychee drink my daughter got was also very good

I don’t like leaving bad reviews, I’ve been a server and know it’s tough out there, but when you order a brown sugar boba and it VERY clearly has no brown sugar and then they double down and insist you’re crazy for not believing them when they say that every single trace of the brown sugar has dissolved in the ~10 min from when the order was placed…
And then to have such horrible attitude and to keep belittling my question, and to top it off, even though I backed off and even told my friends who had just come in that the quality of the boba and tea was good, the employee still proceeded to harass me again as I was leaving and make it seem like I was dumb to think there wasn’t any brown sugar in my clearly brown sugar-less tea (hella white-looking tea and not a single speck of brown sugar syrup in any of the bottom crevices where it would naturally accumulate or on any of the interior lateral surfaces, a telltale sign of their deception).
Truly horrible experience, never going back and telling all of my coworkers and friends to steer clear too. Requested a full refund through the ordering service, would have left zero stars if I could have.
