I regularly visit DAdus but these days there response are not good more over those pani puri literally has that latex gloves smell in that.. I recommend to try changing to good gloves.. Tables are not clean at all.. some sort of stinky smell is always there in the shop..

Dadus used to be a good place I was there most of the nights picking up chaye the staff used be friendly and attentive. Now the new staff is very disorganized not customer friendly they seem lost today I had to wait for 30 mins jus to buy a few packs of roti staff kept bouncing me from the kitchen to the front desk but no one knew what was going on. Finally I got pack of hot rotis in an aluminum container and no bag so I am expected to carry the hot stuff in my hand! The staff did not even hand them over they just placed them on the counter and left. Your food is still good but unfortunately if you do not fix good customer service like you had earlier the place would lose its charm.

We ordered our engagement cake from Pranab, and it honestly exceeded all our expectations. Not only did the cake look beautiful, but the taste was even better than we imagined. It was actually way better than the reference pictures we had sent — which is rare!

Had their onion pakoda and stuffed mirchi bhaji. Did not pack it properly. The onions from stuffed mirchi bhaji fell out of the box and all over the bag. Got a stomach ate after eating them as well. Might be usage of baking soda in the snack items. Not sure.

Pranav, the talented baker at this shop, truly has magic in his hands! He baked an incredible KitKat flavor cake for my son’s birthday, and it was an absolute hit. Every single guest raved about it—people kept asking where we ordered it from because it tasted so delicious. The rich, chocolatey KitKat goodness combined with perfect texture made it irresistible, and the best part? It was surprisingly affordable too. On Friday my Experience was very bad with the food & especially customer service.
There are 2 girls working at the front desk and they just ignored the customers who are standing in the line and keep on gossiping on the people who are coming to the store like why these many people coming to the store no food at home very time busy busy like that in Telugu which I could understand but I can’t spoke on that time and irritated by seeing the line and one new girl went inside and came after 3 to 4minutes. And her way to dealing with me was very rough and not well mannered🙄I think she is new girl but whenever I came I observed that she is not interested to work and I am not sure what owners are doing by keeping these kind of people in the store to work, if she will there I & my family always feel uncomfortable to come & eat. Even other customers waiting in the line was disgusted by her behavior we started discussing on that incident 😡
Only the reason after the bad experience with customer service I am giving even 3 starts because, I was a regular customer and I bring my friends and family most of the time.

I am not exactly sure with her name there is another girl suchi or cushi who is super friendly and very helpful & she always welcomes with positive smile and suggests us to try new foods and make us to buy more stuff lol😅..that is business I can understand
I think she is one of the best person I have seen in that store, I think she owns the business that’s why she treats everyone in the same way & very well mannered & maintains good harmony. I offered tips but she always ignores.
Due to the previous service from the lady who always treats in the good way that’s the only reason I don’t want to give less than 3 star rating.
