I had a few disappointing experiences with the food here. On one occasion, I ordered an Idli plate, and everything—the idlis, the sambhar, and the peanut chutney—was served cold. Another time, my Masala Dosa was crispy and flavorful but also very oily, and once again, the sambhar was cold. It really made me question the freshness of the food. My final try was on a Friday, when I ordered Puri with Curry. Not only was the dish served cold, but one of the puris was undercooked and greasy. I asked for a replacement, but the new one was just as bad. The potato curry was served in a bowl and was completely cold. While I enjoyed their Irani chai and snacks, the quality of their main dishes needs significant improvement. Hope the owner will address these issues at the earliest and come up with a better quality and service to the customers.

Not sure what to think of this place. They're trying to differentiate by offering middle eastern-ish carpeted floor seating on a raised platform for drinking tea, but also a kinda uninspired dessert store. Desserts don't look very appatizing either. Left without even wanting to try something.

I had a very disappointing experience here. The cashier was not at the front but instead in the kitchen the entire time I waited to pay for a single item. I stood there for 20 minutes, and no one came out to assist me. The phone kept ringing continuously, but no one picked it up. To make things worse, a group of people who came after me walked straight into the kitchen and managed to order, while I was completely ignored. Eventually, I left without buying anything.
This was the worst service I’ve encountered—completely unacceptable!

Place is such an untidy place to eat. Trash always over flows and smells. Doors, trash and table's looks so dirty every time we visit, so we trying eating in car. Please safe yourself by not eating here.
