Tried several times expecting they get better in making Mandi since it opened. It’s getting worse but not et al better. Either they should learn how to cook big mutton pieces or alter the Mandi recipe with small pieces. What can be worser than uncooked raw meat?

Disappointing Catering Experience
I booked a catering order for an important event, and the experience has left me extremely frustrated. When I went to pick up my order, one of the requested item was nit even prepared. And the gentleman at the counter had the audacity to tell me that they ran out of the item. How would one not communicate that to customer prior to pick up time? I tried reasoning out with the him but was given a lukewarm apology as a response , leaving us to scramble to fix things ourselves while guests were already arriving. Had to cancel item fron my order.Had to wait an additional 20 mins for the last item to be prepared. I mean why do you even pre order if it can't be prepared on time.
For a catered event, reliability and accuracy are everything, and this service fell short. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I can’t recommend their catering to anyone planning an event.

Very disappointing experience
I recently visited Dadu’s Bakery and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered Pani Puri and Chaat, but despite waiting 15–20 minutes, no one came to serve the order. There seemed to be insufficient staff, and the customer service was extremely poor.
When I asked for a refund since the food was never served, they said they couldn’t process a refund, which was very unprofessional. I ended up walking out after paying in full and receiving nothing.
This is not the kind of service expected from a place like Dadu’s. I hope they improve their staff availability and customer service so this doesn’t happen to others.

This is the last time am buying . The guy at the counter always does mistake. Today I repeatedly reconfirmed my order and I M checking that I also paid. But I got less that what I paid for. If u eat there you get what u paid for but if u take out pls make sure you got everything you paid for.

Ordered potato samosas for to-go and those are the worst Samosas ever.both were open ended and potato mixture tasted refried and all oil drained in the samosas because the ends were all open . Tried eating it rather than wasting but ended up puking as the outer covering also had nothing but oil . Also got fresh pav(as I had made pavbhaji at home) and pavs are as hard as stone with no best by date on the cover so not sure how stale they are.I have a toddler at home , can’t imagine getting food poisoning after eating those . Stay away from their food if you want to save your health and not waste your hard earned money . Gave 1 star only because there’s no option for negative stars here

The place is an instant turn off when you enter in. Doesn't smell nice and inviting. Smells like fried coconut oil. It's dirty and unhygienic. The sweets and ice-cream shelves were smeared and sticky. The tables were stained and sticky too, not properly cleaned. The water dispenser was probably never touched since the time it was installed, perhaps they forgot it exists. It was absolutely filthy. Your thirst dies the moment you look at how dirty it is and the whole area around it is. Look at the pictures. The walls and roof have dirty stains on them too. The food itself was ok. The chai was great! But I'm not coming back to how filthy and unhygienic this place is.
